Jun 13,2020Awful service, was told order affected by covid, then immediately I asked for my refund, was told my order was despatched, then a text that APC COURIER would deliver next day. This was on 9th and till date I am still awaiting for my blinds. 2 months now, no blinds. Avoid avoid this company

Jun 10,2020I can highly recommend this company. I placed an order for replacement rails, and then needed to add to it. It was no problem to have the extra slats added and I am very pleased with the blinds. The service was excellent. I will definitely order from this company again.

Jun 09,2020Shocking service....Placed an order for 4 blinds...only 2 turned up with no explanation, then had to wait ages for someone to look into this , turns out factory didn't make the order correctly, fair enough , the was told the rest of the items would be sent out by express delivery - last weds , still haven't turned up today (tuesday) so i called at around 10am today and was told these were accidently sent to their factory/depot in manchester and these would be resent out by express delivery over the next few days, now 2 hours later the order has now turned up at our house (in london) and part of the order is still missing!! Cant get through to customer services either ..seems like on one know what the hells going on and this has cost us money as we had paid for someone to come and install these at the house the first time round and they couldnt complete the job as only half the order turned up, and again more issues today

Jun 03,2020I cannot fault this company from start to finish. We have just put our new blind slats in place and I am absolutely delighted with them. The quality is superb, much better infact than the original blind supplier and fitter. When I placed my order I foolishly omitted the measurements for one of the windows I wanted to do so I e-mailed them to ask if this could be added to my previous order so that they would all come at the same time. I had been informed that because of Covid 19 delivery would take longer than usual which I more than appreciated so hoped that my request might be possible. I had an e-mail back from Nicky, very quickly, asking for my telephone number so that she could ring me for the further order. She did this and assured me that she would add it to my first oder and I was then able to pay for it over the phone. All the blinds duly arrived by courier, very well wrapped and protected indeed I have to say. I will not hesitate in using this company again and would absolutely recommend anyone to use them. Thank you so much Just Blinds for your wonderful product and service!

May 21,2020placed a order over 3 weeks ago, received 1 email saying thanks for payment, not received another for a delivery date or nothing, sent 3 emails all ignored, phoned up got told you don't know the day I have had blah blah then hung up, next person said stop talking over me when they are clearing trying to talk under me, then they hung up, tried phoning again and they answer they hang up instantly, would not recommend this company and have already raised a dispute with my bank, hopefully they can get me the money back this company seem to have stolen

May 19,2020Ordered at the start of lockdown and unfortunately they had a little trouble getting the fabric I ordered. They did call and explain and I was happy to wait. I’m so glad I did, they arrived yesterday and the blinds are beautiful. Easy to hang and just stunning. Will be ordering more soon .. 1 window down only 6 to go !

May 17,2020The blinds were delivered within the timescale advised. I provided the window measurements in the way the Company requested. The blinds and tracking were manufactured to the correct size so fitted perfectly. The fittings were all provided with accurate instructions for fitting. My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of the service and the product.

May 01,2020Brilliant service and delivery given the awful situation at the moment. Took me 10 mins to put the new slats up. Communication was fantastic. Blinds a quarter of the price of the previous company I used. I was dubious about the quality but was amazed how good they were when they arrived. Just about to place 2 more orders. Apr 22,2020I ordered replacement slats for my vertical blinds to brighten up my room. It was explained that delivery would be a bit longer due to covid-19, which is totally understandable. I got an email a couple of days ago saying the slats had been dispatched and the next again day they arrived. The email also came with a thank you for ordering at this particular time. Packaging was good. The quality of the slats are excellent. Delighted overall with the whole service. I have no hesitation recommending this company.

Apr 09,2020cannot fault this company, I was recommended by a friend at work when I said about replacing my hall blinds. I originally ordered for a narrow window downstairs, with a view to ordering for the landing once I knew I had the colour right. They arrived, good match and well made. So I ordered for the landing, they arrived 1st week of lockdown and whoops I'd ordered the wrong length, so funny. I sent an email, giving them a laugh too, they told me to order the correct length but there would be a delay due to COvid-19. They arrived today, correct length, so are up. Will look to order again for the other rooms we have with blinds.

Mar 29,2020Staff were knowledgeable and gave me the best advice so I didn’t end up with blinds that would not have fitted, had they not queried my order after I asked to change it. Mar 28,2020Having waited 3weeks for my blinds due to the coronavirus they don’t fit they are too small which is not down to me I gave the correct measurements and they are not the correct colour what I ordered Very disappointing so now I have got to order some replacement blinds from elsewhere I will not be ordering from here again

Mar 24,2020I have not recieved my replacement blinds as yet but want to say this company have kept me updated on why it has happened and trying to get them to me. I cannot believe that anyone can complain about late delivery in this current climate. I look forward to recieving my blinds, but in that said hope this family run company does not have too much hardship with what is going on

Mar 23,2020Had my blinds fitted today couldn't be happier. Paul came round explained clearly all different options I could have.less than two weeks later Paul came to fit my new blinds .very professional and would highly recommend keep up the good work.
