I recently ordered a blind from this company and have to say I am extremely pleased with the quality of the product. There was a slight delay on receiving my blinds but that is fully understandable given the current Coronavirus problem. Never the less the customer service has been exemplary, I spoke to both Holly and Rachael who kept me up to date with my order. I will be ordering from just blinds again and would highly recommend to anybody considering using their service. Thank you so much!

Just to be clear, I feel sick even giving this company a 1 star review. Just Blinds is an absolute shambles. I’m pretty sure they don’t have the slightest clue what good customer service is and probably wouldn’t know if it slapped them in the face. Nothing but constant delays and attitude when calling for an update. Not once did we receive an update from them. I completely understand that things can be delayed and they may have issues with their suppliers, BUT I’d like to make it clear that we were having these issues with Just Blinds long before the UK and businesses started to get affected by the recent pandemic so it would be a pathetic excuse to use. Even if this recent pandemic was the issue, we were never made aware of this nor were we contacted by the company themselves to advise us of these delays. Please put time into learning what good customer service is, train your call handlers and try again. If you’re services are being affected by the pandemic for whatever reasons like having components or parts imported, you need to be communicating this to all of your customers when they place an order. Using the pandemic and an excuse but not communicating it is an absolute joke.

I would never purchase from this company again My blinds were expected to take 10-14 days which is fine ofcourse I have just received them after waiting a month The only emails I received were to confirm my order, I was not kept up to date with any delays. I called after 2 weeks asking where they were - they said there’s been a delay you wont get them for another week. But they will 100% be with you next Friday, I thought right ok a bit annoying but nothing I can do about it now. The most irritating thing is there was an issue with THEIR supplier but they didn’t communicate that with me - the customer. The following Friday they didn’t arrive - shock! So I called up again, they said that they weren’t going to be dispatched until the following week around mid week. Once again I wasn’t kept up to date with this delay and I had to call up on the day they were due to arrive to be told nope they won’t be with you anytime soon pretty much. It ended up that I constantly had to chase it up, i was not kept up to date with any delays or any issues. When I spoke to the staff their attitude was it’s our supplier it’s not our fault - to which I expressed that I didn’t pay the supplier I paid just blinds for their services!!! So it’s their job to communicate with their customer. When they were FINALLY dispatched I wasn’t sent a dispatch email (which is a normal thing to do when a parcel/item is sent) I had to call up AGAIN to ensure that they were actually sent. They couldn’t confirm an arrival date as it was the supplier sending them out. They didn’t seem to understand the fact that I needed to be home for the delivery and I work full time!! The attitude of all of the staff was disgusting, myself and my partner had a lot of attitude from the staff. Their attitude was awful, their customer service was absolutely dreadful and I would never recommend this company to anyone. Nothing but grief and unneeded stress! And as a disclaimer I was not once told the delay was due to the pandemic They only response I was given multiple times was ‘they have a lot of issues with this supplier’ and they didn’t have a reason for the delay and that the supplier had only told them they wouldn’t be ready for another week. If I had been told there was an issue with parts etc due to the pandemic it would have been different however I was never told that. I was never given any explanation other than ‘their considering reviewing their contract with this supplier as they do have a lot of issues with them, so that leads me to believe it wasn’t related to the pandemic as this seems to be an ongoing issue with that specific supplier. And again, no one told me it was related or explained anything to me. I was given very brief and vague answers when I questioned the delays.

Had blinds done throughout by this company and was a very efficient service from start to finish. The friendly Sales manager came out, measured and provided colour samples and advice on kind of blind. They were fitted 10 days later by a very tidy worker. The blinds are very good quality at a competitive price and look really good. Would definitely recommend them, not worth the hassle of measuring, shopping, cutting to size and fitting yourself when Just Blinds do the whole job for a few pounds more.

Ordered a woodern blind, took 4 working weeks to arrive after I had to chase them, did NOT get a notification of delivery as they indicate,did NOT get any acknowledgement from my emails either. On the phone,when they did answer, were helpful,but that's after I had phoned another twice. The blind however is what we wanted pity the hassle waiting after there quoted delivery times to chase them up to see when is was been delivered. Found out it had be outsourced to another company to build & deliver, this tells me there is NO communication between them.

My blinds arrived today and I just wanted to thank you. Even though the products were discounted ( I had been looking for this colour to replace my existing blinds) the care and attention to detail were amazing. Postage, weights, chains and new hangers included in the price. Wow! I look forward to passing your details onto my friends. Once again, thank you so much. Kay O

Had Venetian and black out roller blinds fitted in our new home. Very pleased with the service we received throughout the process- from measuring up, helping us to select the perfect blinds for us and the actual fitting on the day! We love them so much we have asked them to come back and fit more in the other rooms!! Would highly recommend!

What an excellent company. I went on-line to order new vertical blinds as I had new windows fitted and my blinds became slightly too long. On the Just Blinds site I was able to buy the replacement slats only - saving me a lot of money and meaning my original track could still be used. The blinds came very quickly after the New Year. I’m delighted with them - they are the perfect length and are great quality. I’m now going to order new slats for my new upstairs window too. I’d definitely use this company again!!! 😊

Booked an appointment to get blinds measured for my Tennant and gave my name and number as the main contact person. They arrived and measured as booked but never rang me to confirm which blinds I wanted as I was going to pay for them and instead just told tenants to choose what ever they wanted saying that’s what the landlord has instructed them to do. Rang the office to clarify what was going on and spoke to a man who was very rude and was heard swearing as he put the phone down on me. Do not buy from these rude amateurs, they will be nice to you if things go smoothly but if it goes slightly wrong they will show there true colours. ( beware of the amateur in customer service)

I ordered a replacement rail for a vertical blind. Unfortunately, when I received the goods, I realised that I had ordered for the wrong width of slat! I contacted just-blinds on their freephone number and three days later have received the updated rail. The sales staff were excellent and although this was my mistake, they were not judgemental and pulled out all the stops to ensure I got the new rail before Christmas. A very Merry Christmas to all at Just-Blinds and thank you for an excellent customer experience.

Just got to say how happy with the blinds we’ve had fitted today, from the initial enquiry through to the fitting the service has been fantastic, the quality of the blinds are excellent quality and the workmanship in the fitting was of the highest standard and extremely professional. Absolute shambles. Wrong order sent to me, then replacement was rolled under racking & missed. Promised delivery for Mon didna get it till Thurs. Stay well clear

Recently had our full house done by Just Blinds and have no complaints whatsoever. Both Nathan and Mark couldn’t be more helpful and did all they could to make sure we knew all of our options. The whole process was hassle free. Would definitely recommend.

Nathan come round and was very polite even had the manners to take his shoes off at the front door without me asking. He came in with lots of samples for us to pick from and we're really happy with the design he helped us choose. We had 9 blinds fitted in total and can't fault the quality or the price. The fitter was also polite, fast and efficient. Already recommended to my friend who recently moved into his house and he's also really happy with the service they provided. 10/10

We have recently renovated a house. I asked Nathan to come round and measure up he helped us to decide what blinds to have in the completed rooms he even measured rooms that weren’t completed and these were fitted at a later date. I love all my roller blinds and my favourite are definitely in my kitchen/diner where they are fitted into my patio doors.

Nathan helped us choose what blinds to have in our house. He discussed black out blinds etc and helped us come to decisions regarding colours. He gave us 5 star service throughout and we couldn’t be happier with our blinds!

Extremely easy company to deal with from start to finish, Nathan come out to measure blinds and show us the products available and types of blinds, there was too many to choose from, eventually me and the girlfriend agreed on them, a week later they was ready and come out and fitted them on the day we requested, couldn’t be happier with them, Definitely use them again and pass them on to friends and family without thinking Thanks again justblinds
