Site said 6 weeks for delivery. I spoke to Darren, who confirmed this, so long as I chose a colour they had in stock. So we changed the colour to ensure it arrived in time. Original date given was 8 weeks, then pushed back to 10, then 12...had to keep changing dates for fitting. Door eventually arrived without sill, so we had to chase 1 down whilst men were installing. Told JVD, and they wouldn't refund it, said it needed to be noted within 24 hrs...I was heavily pregnant and couldn't unwrap door, husband was away as we didn't have a set date for delivery so couldn't be in without knowing that. Poor customer service, straight up lies on the site and from sales people re: delivery times, and the door quality is lousy. They offer cashback for reviews and even that wasn't paid without me having to chase for payment. I'd give them no stars if I could, will never use again.

Awesome customer service...these guys have been so easy to use from start to finish. Filled in configuration application on website, called up to double check spec, asked for the quickest lead time possible and it was all set up perfectly for the order👍 great job guys.

Door was easily modified and ordered online, easy to use website. It arrived within the specified time frame and was easily installed with no dramas. I ordered a set of Bifold Doors from Just Value Doors and was specifically told 2 to 4 weeks by the sales team. On this basis I ordered paid and signed paperwork same day. After just one week I was told 9 weeks. Really poor service. Director would not even take call. Watch out

This company are shocking. Just Value Doors miss sold us a set of £2500 bifold doors, they denied all responsibility and refused to speak to us after. The bifolds were useless and we had no choice but to replace them and take JVD to court for return of our money. A year later and the judge has agreed. Unfortunately for Just Value Doors it cost them an extra £1000 in costs. Thanks for paying up so promptly Chris Langley, it saved us (and you) bailiffs. Less of the cocky attitude emails after would have been nice, it made you look undignified. Good luck using this company! Response: I bet you are sorry! A costly mistake for you. The case was 'actually' heard in court, I was there. To suggest a judge reached a wrong conclusion is arrogance on your part (a theme that has run through our experience with JVD), as is the fact you didn't bother turning up or provide evidence in your own defence, the judge was equally unimpressed. I suggest you take your own advice in future about being more diligent so that you can avoid future court action and costs (incl brushing up on the Consumer Rights Act, it was S49 that you breached). P.s. my name is not 'Nik', you may have mistaken me for another disgruntled customer.

We went into the shop wanting to order a front door and some windows. We spoke to Jack. He was exceptionally helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble for him. We went away with the information, made some decisions and phoned again a couple of days later. I again spoke to Jack who went through the quote again until we were happy with everything. I feel pretty confident that the product will be good.

Fantastic service from Darren, he helped me to get a door in time and the right colour. Would definitely use them again! Update- the door did not arrive in time. Darren said it would but then it was 3 weeks later. It also arrived missing a trim and without a delivery date. When it came unannounced and 3 weeks late, my husband wasn't home. I was 9 mths pregnant so couldn't open the door to check it. When my husband checked it 2 days later and noticed the missing trim, we told the company - they said as it wasn't within 24 hrs so they wouldn't send a replacement. Then, the door was fitted. It was broken due to the windows on the side not being strong enough to hold the weight- we needed to pay for new windows and installation to get the door to fit right. Most of the door hardware was black and some was silver. 2 different types of silver. So the door has 3 different colours of hardware. Would literally never deal with this company again.

The quality of the door is ok...It is very difficult to figure out on the website but it turned out they send the door with a one-man delivery so the customer has to help to unload the door and carry it to the flat. (mind you a composite fire door is very heavy)Another disappointing thing we have purchased the fitting kit for an extra £30 plus but they have sent the wrong sets of screws. There was a scratch on the door but we only discovered that on the day of the installation was no point to complain about it.

Great service in the ordering stages especially if you need to tailor your items. I have used JVD before and found them to be reliable when other are not.
