Overall a good company to deal with. We ordered an aluminium bifold door and a upvc window to match, was advised on colour to match... all good. We had a small scrape to the window opener, after a call and photos, the window opener was replace with no hassle. I must say, each time I spoke to Just Value Doors, it was dealt with perfectly. Communication throughout was fine, bifold door was delayed a couple of days, but we were informed early enough.
I placed an order & there was an error with my payment. But, even though it took me two weeks to notice, once I contacted the sales team, they rectified it immediately & processed the order. There had been generic emails stating items may be delayed, I feared the worse, but i wasn’t affected, in fact my delivery arrived 4 days earlier than expected. With Just Value Doors you are guilty until proven innocent. Wrong drawings and technical information on website for the aluminium windows, lack of responses from the team (and certainly no urgency). They got my order wrong, which I had to prove to them as they couldn’t understand it was wrong. Weeks of back and forth ensued when they finally admitted fault after a change in their manufacturer. It’s not up to customer to tell them that the pictures did not match the technical drawings on the website, yet I spent hours/days/weeks trying to explain to them. Initially they refused to give a refund but finally we’d agreed a discount and we could move on. They said the refund would be in our account in a couple of working days. Weeks then passed of me contacting to ask where the money was and the owner said that he had now decided to withhold the refund until we’d signed a satisfactory agreement. But this was weeks down the line with no communication. I’ve never experienced anything like this company before…. After all this, the windows arrived and 9 out of 11 were damaged/scratched due to them being packaged so poorly. We then sent CCTV footage & time-stamped pictures of them being unloaded to show that we did not damage them, and we were treated as guilty until proven innocent. Clearly no evidence was enough even though the time stamped pictures were before the driver left. The owner accused us of running a blade down the windows, even though we’d sent sufficient evidence. Even the delivery driver acknowledged the windows were damaged, which JVD didn’t believe either. JVD said they would not replace the windows, only the glass. Another two weeks had passed with us disputing, they then said they would replace the glass & repair the scratches but would now be a further 8+ week wait (to try and put us off) and said that they’d withhold the refund throughout this process. After months of nothing but stress and time lost, not to mention the delays in our build, we decided that we’d had enough. Still no refund processed even though it had been promised. JVD settled on a further £157 discount which is pathetic for the level of damage/scratches. They couldn’t understand the previous discount was placed on the windows being the wrong model/specification and carried the issue forward so that no matter what condition they turned up in, there would be no more help or understanding. I could not trust this company any less. They are immoral and rude and the stress they’ve put on my family is immeasurable. Even down to the actual quality of the windows, with beading not aligned, drip vents hanging off, loose handles, windows catching on screws when opening, and on supposedly high quality aluminium windows Overall – shocking. They even sent a touch up paint in the wrong colour, after everything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. In response to your comment below: Why would someone scratch a window, then continue to scratch a further eight windows, and make the effort to record and send CCTV footage to you? You are correct in seeing someone with scissors, otherwise how else would you unpack a delivery? Why would someone go through all of this stress, to prove what? Do you think your customer shouldn't persist in seeking answers when you refuse to give any after spending circa 9 thousand pounds with you, and you lying by telling us you'd processed the refund? I don't even care for your answer, but there's some blinding issues with your argument. Your comment also very clearly states that you think the windows were damaged by us, yet you say that's not what you're saying. You are just proving my point even further. There was neither quality nor control in any part of your processes and they arrived damaged. Another example of how rude and argumentative you are, that you have continued to accuse. Again, you have proof but you're clutching at straws in a desperate bid to try and regain some trust from your customers. If you honestly think the windows were a minor change, then why would you discount 37%? Simply because they were NOT a minor change. No one minds that you've made a mistake, but the way you've dealt with it is entirely where the problems lie. As a customer of your poor service, I naturally feel I have a duty to tell future customers to steer clear and go somewhere else. This review is on the basis that you delivered damaged windows and dealt with it so poorly. The discount was not for damaged windows, but for new condition windows, in a different spec - as agreed. For some reason you find that difficult. I will not seek to follow this up anymore. You didn't help before when we questioned the quality of the windows, and sent pictures which you completely ignored. So why would you help now? My point still stands. Avoid Just Value Doors like the plague.
Good ordering guide. Update when delivered
We are thrilled with our door - it looks amazing. I searched for a long time to find a cottage looking composite door and this door looks really tasteful and has a good quality finish without looking artificial. Ordering on-line was easy and the gentelman was SO helpful in phone. Delivery was as they said it would be. Can't praise them enough - massive thank you!!
Just ordered another 3 sets of French doors and windows and tilt and turn windows .As usual really helpful staff easy ordering process and previously no issues with quality so should be another easy transaction
If I could leave no stars I would, what an utter disgrace this whole performance has been. 3 separate orders, all a shambles and 1 I'm still yet to receive (12 weeks later). No-one contacts you and they're rude and uncaring when they do. Lost both my clients and a lot of money!

Desperately poor customer service. We received the correct size door frames but wrong sized glass. We were made to jump through hoops to prove it! and were left for over a week with boarded doors. Our security and safety were put at risk and worse of all we had to chase all the time to try and get what we'd already paid for, Mistakes happen - but if they are quickly rectified it's not a problem. If you have a problem with products supplied by these people beware.

It is very easy to choose the exact size and style online and ordering was easy. The price is very comparable and we await our order. After 22 days we still do not have a delivery date...but we are in the midst of a pandemic and things are bound to be a bit slow!
