Mar 20,2021The worse company I have ever dealt with! I have discovered from the guy who delivered the doors that this company do not produce doors! They are middle men that just take a cut, therefore if all goes well your fine but if you have any problems they struggle to rectify things because they are asking a rival company for back up customer service for their customers! (To save you reading the rest just go straight to there decent supplier who produced my second lot of doors called Door Stop International). I ordered my French doors in September 2020. When they arrived they were damaged because they were so poorly packed. Their response was to send out a TOUCH UP PEN! I said I wanted replacement doors and I would transfer the handles from the old doors onto the new one and put the replacement doors in the original frame. When the replacement doors arrived they had no locking mechanism that runs up the length of the doors. I had to transfer those too but the holes in the new doors were in the wrong place! I complained and they said as I needed two more doors they would give me a discount on them by way of apology. The two new doors were great. Please cut these guys out and go straight to there decent supplier who produce my second doors called Door Stop International. Finally they didn't send the fixings for the door stays and after months of emailing I finally received, in March 2021, 6 massively over sized inappropriate screws, (there should of been 8) Please steer clear!!!!!!

Oct 24,2020I left a glowing review for this company when I purchased all my windows and doors from them on a complete renovation. Since the windows have been installed we have had two problems, the first was that we discovered that even in a locked position the windows could be pushed open from the inside, I assume they could also be pulled open from the outside but didn’t try this. We live in a bungalow so all our ground floor windows were the same leaving us in an insecure house. We contacted Just Value Doors support team immediately expecting them to treat this problem with some urgency, they didn’t, we had to make phone call after phone call to chase them up, we even spoke to the manufacturer who was supposed to phone us back but never did. The manufacturer’s advice, which Just Value Doors passed on to us was to move all the housings on the windows to ensure they locked, they told us to do this ourselves! Windows are meant to close, to lock, if they don’t then they are not fit for purpose, evidently the manufacturer isn’t aware of the reason for windows other than to let light in! Finally after about 2 weeks an engineer was sent out and fixed the windows, he was fantastic, we were really pleased but you shouldn’t have to fight to get such a serious problem resolved. The second issue that has now occurred is that one of the windows was put on the vented lock, it is stuck there, we cannot close nor open the window. Once again we contacted the support team sending videos on us not being able to open the window, as requested. We can access one screw but the other one is inaccessible because of the handle. The advice from the manufacturer was to “whack it out of the way” and they would send another handle. They did send another handle but one for a patio door not a window! I asked Just Value Doors if by us “whacking the handle” out of way, which would effectively break it, would it impact our warranty, I haven’t had an answer yet and don’t expect one. My advice would be, order your windows and doors somewhere else, they supply inferior products from a manufacturer that basically doesn’t give a damn once they get your money. I believe the warranty is useless. Another bit of advice, if you get windows from them, check to make sure they do lock!
