I ordered a new stable door early May - surveying was carried out earlier than originally anticipated, due to a cancellation, was very pleased with the guy who came out to measure up - placed confirmed order and have an installation date of July 2 - hoping that could change if a cancellation occurs, looking forward to the finished result, very easy website to navigate through - queries answered when asked, so far so good. I'm feeling hopeful

They seem on the ball and very helpful when calling for advice but we are still waiting for French doors to arrive probably taking alot longer because of covid 19

We made a very big order for doors and windows for a new house. The ordering process was efficient. The price was very competitive. The order arrived when they said it would. Everything was the right size and spec. A couple of very small things were missing so they said take a photo and they would get it sorted. Still waiting on that but no reason to suppose they will let us down. We chose Irish Oak triple glazed windows and doors and they look fab!

Just ordered a Fire Door (FD30s) and although we had a discussion about an extra charge for "Finishing" they agreed that this extra finishing was indeed part and parcel of fitting a file door. All done with minimal fuss. Forgetting the above overall I found them very easy to deal with and they have a good customer service ideal !! Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent Company - We recently had 3 sash and 1 casement windows fitted in our Edwardian house - the products are excellent quality, the price was very good and the fitter was very experienced. The job itself had it's challenges however they met them with expertise and professionalism. We are really happy with the results.

Paid £800 plus to be informed that I had to cut my own panels to fit and there was no mention of this fact or I would have gone elsewhere.your response is noted however the company's reply to my enquiry was emphatic in which the panels had to be cut to size on site for that make of door

Don’t waste your money, time or effort with this place Doors come in parts that you have to put together - what an absolute joke and delivery a week later than advertised. Staff only offered empty platitudes -“Sorry you feel that way” I feel so let down I’m going to report to trading standards as all the pictures shown showed me a completed door!!!!!!!!!!! And now to add insult to injury - ordered width of 815mm and the measurements are between 815 and 820mm.......

Going on my experience, steer clear of this company, there are a great many alternative companies out there that will serve you far better. We ordered a straight forward window with 60mm deep frame, only for a 70mm window to turn up even though I wrote and clarified our need for this specific depth prior to order. I contacted Just value doors and informed them of the error, initially they appeared helpful but nothing was resolved, after untold further emails I was transferred to another member of their team who made many excuses and as time went on clearly had no intention of ever resolving their error or refunding our payment. Luckily I paid on credit card and was forced to revert to Visa and dispute the payment, thankfully they refunded the monies. I ordered an alternative with local company and they proved that there are good companies out their that really do value your business and give customer good service, what a difference! Going on past experience I feel quite sure Just Value Doors will dispute this review, but this was my experience. You make your mind up whether you want to risk giving them your business.
