Delivery delay. Why did I order from this company. Salesman said 2-3 weeks will now be 5 if there are no further delays which I'm expecting. Absolute pain. UPDATE. To be expected. Yet another delay. Just don't order from them.

Coming back to add another review now I've received and fitted my order, following up on the review I left after the ordering process. Firstly, the delivery service was exceptional. Great, friendly driver, very helpful, all delivered with care and in perfect condition. The items themselves were of excellent quality and exactly to the sizes specified. All fittings and fixtures better than I expected for sure. Fitting wasn't quite as straightforward as I'd have liked but that was my fault and not JVD's - older property with a few years under its belt!

Well my windows have been on order for some time, not a problem as was advised the delivery day soon after ordering. However here I am the day before the confirmed delivery date, I thought I would contact them to check it was coming so I can make sure that someone is available to receive the delivery. I was only then advised that they would be another 22 days. This is longer than the original delivery period. I am now looking for someone to be able to make them sooner, what a waste of time and money. Also I kept getting prompted to post a review, I will only review a company when the have or haven't met the expectations, the order process is nice, they get one star for that,

Been waiting for a part that was missing on my order for weeks, Speak with Nick who’s a customer manger daily where my part is and always the same. Waiting for it from supplier Then gets sent to them instead of me, holding onto it as they don’t wanna send it via Royal Mail or anyone, they received this on a Friday, and today is Tuesday and still haven’t even arrange for collection from the courier company. I’ve missed a big dead line on a job due to this, lies lies lies One star is to many!!! Should be zero DO NOT USE Get there money and after care is basically not there Don’t waste your time Never using
