It would be zero stars if it allowed me. Absolutely shocking service and extremely poor customer service. On the first order we had wrong glass delivered 3 times (incorrect bars/colours). We gave them a 2nd chance on a further order and wished we hadn’t, another load of wrong colour bars in the glass just started the ‘fun and games’. The frame welds were very poor on every window and the factory tried to cover this up with a very bad cosmetic botch job. Not only was paint running, it wasn’t even the right colour!! After lots of arguing the frames were returned for reworking…. which actually looked OK on their return. Shame about the badly scuffed sides on x3 of the frames on return. This was after requesting they were signed off as checked free from damaged before delivery, this was ignored and now we’re getting fobbed off again….AVOID!!’

We ordered a commercial door for a client, not a big issue so sales was good. It tuned up slightly later than the date given not a big deal. Bits missing, spoke with the 'support team' no guide as to how to fit it all together. They then sent instructions. We had issues with the closing, spoke again with 'support team' they agreed it was afaulty closure and would send a new one out staright away. Over a month later still no closure, they said it was sent to our old address, we checked this out as the new tenant is a family member and he confirmed no closure had been delivered. Chased 'support team' again not much sense just 'we have sent one already' NOT true. Compalined and they promise to send another by return. 2 weeks later still no closure. Support team said they don't have any yet but it will be delivered the following week. By now the client has issued court proceedings as he feels we are lieing and just stalling him off. Spoke with 'support team' again and they said it had been sent. Still no closure. Emails sent and ignored. This company do not have a 'support team' so I wish they wouldn't call it that, they just want the order and your money. We will never use this shower again, on a good note Jack was great with taking the order and I praise him, Nick of the 'support team' now there is a different story. And by the way my last email on the 1st August 2023 again went unanswered, great customer service.

REPLY TO SELLER: Thank you for your reply. My issue is you let me order a door you couldn’t supply. This is a waste of both my time and yours. You have contacted me to sort a solution and I have replied to you yet I have not heard back. You should not have allowed this door to be ordered in the first place if you couldn’t fulfil the order. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Currently, my opinion of Just Value Doors is quite poor. They have allowed me to purchase a door through their website but only now have they told me that they are unable to make the door I would like in the size I have asked for. The door type I have asked for and the size are options on their website, I haven't asked for anything unique. It's quite frustrating as if I knew I couldn't purchase my order I may have looked elsewhere.

Easy ordering and good value products This was my second order. Some minor quality issues on my first order but able to manage them. Sales staff are very good and after sales very responsive. Particularly like our new Korniche bifold doors.

On the outside JVD have an easy to use website and like a number of customers who have placed an order via this I too was asked multiple times to leave a review prior to receiving the product ordered. I advised I would leave a review only after I had received the aluminium sliding doors that I ordered had been delivered so I could base my review on my total experience. Unfortunately when the doors did arrive they were wrong and the company that actually manufactures the doors and to be fair where the mistake was made is a company called Slide and Fold in Coventry. These were returned and re-delivered correctly at a later date albeit 3 days earlier than what was notified by JVD and with only 30 minutes notice by phone from the Slide & Fold delivery driver. My experience of JVD based my circumstances revealed multiple things - - If I had ordered directly via the Slide and Fold website and not JVD's I would have saved over 35% on the total cost of the sliding aluminium patio doors - JVD excessively mark up the pricing available on Slide & Fold's website especially Georgian Bars (circa 200%) and standard colour option handles - I should have done wider research prior to ordering - JVD didn't really demonstrate any urgency in trying to rectify the original issue. As an example I phoned Slide and Fold twice when the incorrect delivery was made and as as follow up the next day to getting this quickly resolved and updated doors re-delivered. When I called JVD and asked for an update JVD said they had emailed the supplier and were waiting for a reply, when I asked to speak to a director of JVD to try and inject some urgency I was told they work 'on the business and not in the business' and would have to wait to the following week to speak to the customer service mgr was back from holiday then
