Jan 25,2020The Guys where very professional.. so happy with my conservatory.. when I ordered my front door.. I chose oak both sides.. but only one side was oak.. the other side was white.. the Guy who took the order.. I said to him I want oak both sides he said it would be a little bit more money.. I agreed to pay the extra.. the door was on when I got home from work.. I didn’t want to say anything because it’s all been measured up..

Jan 15,2020I cant fault the workmanship nor the blokes that did the conservatory roof conversion. Early, got stuck In , left everything as tidy as you possibly can during this kind of conversion plasterer was also on time and got stuck in from the off.... Personnally I'm more than satisfied with the job👌I left Them coffee tea sugar milk and a kettle and they got on with the job

Jan 09,2020JWS replaced my house guttering to cope with the ever increasing downpours we experience in Liverpool. They did such a good job that when I asked for a price indication for replacement triple glazed windows, it wasn't to hard a decision to have that job done as well. The guys who work for JWS were professional and kept me fully informed of how they would work. They turned up on time each day and left everywhere as clean as could be. I though I may have a big redecoration job to do, but such was the neatness of their work, this will not now be necessary. The house has been transformed both inside and out! It is now warmer, quieter and much brighter! I would be delighted to recommend JWS in future.

Dec 27,2019To be honest, I thought this would be a ‘hard sell’ and was quite prepared to refuse to sign anything until I had thought about it and compared other prices. I checked Trust Pilot and read all the ones stars first as I prefer to know the worst first. There were very very few one stars but kept them in mind while the salesman gave me the information. I was very surprised as he, Alan, was not at all pushy and didn’t try to sell me the most expensive or the least suitable. He let me change my mind multiple times around style and colour until I chose the one I liked. He left without an order. I called him to confirm that I was happy with the price and he promptly returned for me to sign the contract. He gave me a ‘maybe’ date in January, which I was ok with. I wasn’t in a rush. The surveyor came a few days later, measured up and said I would be contacted with a firm date. I was called and said if I wanted, I could have the 18th Dec. Very good. Will be done for Christmas. Two workmen came on the date and time agreed (sorry I can’t remember their names) and did a clean and very good job. Fully explained how the lock worked (it differed slightly to mine). I didn’t realise just how draughty and cold my hall was until now it isn’t. I am more than happy and satisfied with my new door and warm hallway. The only downside, and this has absolutely nothing at all to do with JWS, is the guarantee with the lock. To activate the insurance linked to the guarantee, you have to list EVERY item worth £50 or more, what they are, how much they are and when you bought them!!! Apart from that, 5 stars and more JWS.

Met Dave Clarke today and finally a salesman who knows what he is talking about, and give us what we want..both front and back door, down to earth but also very professional, don’t make them like this anymore..highly recommend. Dec 19,2019This is the second job I've had JWS do. The first was to replace two, large fronts windows - excellent job, and this time it was to replace all the guttering, etc., at the front of the house. They did a wonderful job and it looks very smart now.

Dec 17,2019I was a little sceptical at first because this company came in at the cheapest. After speaking with the owner I felt re assured. I had a replacement lightweight roof installed first and the roofers worked hard over 2 days and had my roof watertight in 1 day. Then I had my conservatory frame replaced by daz and Paul and once again they exceeded my expectations. Professional, fast and very respectful. Thank you all. I love it

Dec 16,2019I am happy to leave a positive review for JWS. My conservatory was upgraded with an insulated roof and from old wood to new upvc. The guys were efficient and friendly. They just got on with the work and cleaned up everything afterwards. I look forward to enjoying my warm and bright room. Great value and a satisfied customer.

The fitters were on time and very polite as well as keeping me informed of any negative developments as the works progressed. They put dust sheets down and tidied up after themselves. Overall very pleased with the windows and would use JWS again 👍

Nov 20,2019This company knocked on our door today asking if we want knew windows. We said we will get a quote, no harm can be done because it’s valid for 12 months. This man then came 15 minutes later to quote up, he sat there for half hour going through a brochure, we was happy with it so far. Once he quoted the house he sat down, done all the pricing then he gave us a quote. He was saying “if you go ahead today we can give you 30% off because we need business, this time of year is slow”. We said, “we will talk about it over night then we will be in touch”. He said “ok, what if I talk to the sales guy and get it down lower, would you go for it then, he may want something in return”. We already told him 4 times we will talk over night and be in touch. He once again said, what is it you need to talk about. It took my partner to get very frustrated with him for him to get the picture. He was very pushy, tried getting a sale. He kept thinking it was the price that was putting us off, but he wasn’t listening. You have just lost a sale because your guy didn’t listen to us the first time because we was happy with the price we just wanted to discuss finances over night. His name was Dave, if this was an old couple, they would be Intimidating and very pushy.

Nov 06,2019They replaced a large front room bay window and smaller hall bay window, both with leaded lights. The replacements fit in perfectly with our 100+ year old house ! The fitters made sure all the ornate wood surrounds were kept with as little damage as possible even though this made the removal of the old windows more complicated and even managed to keep the old leaded lights for me at my request. Well done!

Jan 28,2020We had our conservatory roof changed to keep the heat in. The whole process was fuss free. From the beginning there were no pushy salesmen, installation of the new roof was smooth, the guys were polite and tidied up after themselves. The new roof was in place, lights installed and fully plastered within a couple of days. Our conservatory is quite large and directly linked to our living room with no doors and we can now notice a notable difference with the temperature of the room - a lot warmer and even better we can no longer hear the rain!
