Nov 22,2017The door was not fitted on the date quoted, although we had a call to explain the delay. The type of lock carefully ordered by the salesman was not supplied. The fitter (Dave Tickle) did a good job fitting the door, and found some parts in the back of his van which enabled him to alter the lock to the type ordered. I could see no evidence of lubrication to the locking mechanism.

Sep 26,2017Quote given for windows and doors even though the salesman was informed that we weren't making a decision for another month. The competitive price stayed the same when we eventually agreed for the work to go ahead. The process was very quick after that from survey to fitting. Exactly what we'd asked for was fitted by two very professional men who were patient with all my questions and kept me informed during the week of fitting. They were tidy and kept disruption to a minimum. Fitting took place several months ago and no problems have arisen.

But asked for a quote on the rear conservatory doors the salesman came round and even though they say the quote is good foe 12 months and wanted them doing in January , he could not give me a quote unless we ordered then and put 10% down this is not a quote it is a pressure sales pitch and as a senior manager I know that one when I see or hear it apart from that the gutters and fascia was a good job Keith Rimmer

I am so pleased with windows and door and the men who did the fitting were very helpful and insisted on hoovering my house !! Well done JWS
