Mar 22,2024JWS were very professional and reasonable. I had several quotes from other companies but taking everything into consideration, JWS were by far the best. overall. From going through which products to choose until the installation process, I felt in safe hands. The guys who came to instal my new door were great. It was a particularly difficult job but they ensured that I was completely satisfied with the end result, even going the extra mile to ensure that I was happy with the finish. They were very respectful, tidy and professional. I am really pleased with the job and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends (in fact I already have!). Five Stars definitely.

Arrived when they said they would.Build team worked hard in the cold weather ,friendly and tidy, great job, great team. Electrician and plasterer arrived and were great, did a great job very efficient. Accounts team very helpful. All in all a great job from start to finish, which we are very pleased with .

Dec 10,2023There was a little unexpected delay in having our windows installed, but we were kept informed and up-dated regarding when they would be completed, which was very reassuring. The fitter who came was extremely polite, very efficient and worked really hard without a break. When he finished some eight hours later, he cleaned up so well that you would never have known he had been. Quite exceptional! He did a superb job, and the windows are wonderful. We are really pleased with the result.
