Aug 06,2019Fantastic workmanship. Neat, tidy and took away all the old roof. Did not damage anything and took care of everything including my garden. Work carried out was excellent. Knowledgeable, experienced roofers joiners electrician and plasterer. Would not hesitate to recommend JWS. Workman were very polite and nothing too much trouble. 5 stars and 100% satisfied. Jul 09,2019From the moment Dave the fitter knocked on the door and 4 hrs later I have never been so impressed with a tradesman, polite and chatty, he never stopped until the work was complete. He then cleaned up after himself taking away everything from the old door. If all your fitters are this good you must have a big order book. Recommended without reservation.

Jun 13,2019Quick efficient and very pleasant people to work with from survey, office and installation team. Job started a little late due to overrun elsewhere. A quick call would have been perfect. Rapid no quibble response to a couple of very minor issues rectified very quickly.

Jun 09,2019The job we had done was replacing a polycarbonate roof on our conservatory with an insulated tiled roof. The sales director was good and we felt we were being treated honestly. Site assessment was made by the head of the company. During the work the sales director called back, as did another member of white-collar staff, to check up that we were happy with the work. All the contractors we had on site were courteous and friendly. They were careful that they did no damage. Once pleasantries had been exchanged they got down to the job and worked hard. We are very pleased with the result. I would recommend JWS without hesitation.

Apr 26,2019Had a new composite door fitted. The fitters arrived on the due day, actually an hour earlier than expected which was fine. They did a very good job in good time and were courteous throughout. Very pleased with the job and have recommended them to a friend looking for similar work to be done.
