My husband was at home when our doors were fitted today. He said the two workmen very pleasant and did a very good job. We will be using you again in the future when we decide to change our windows

Just had front windows fitted and a composite door very pleased wasnt sure what style I wanted at first but their representative was very helpful and patient and took advantage of their buy now pay later. Would recommend,

Had an old conservatory roof replaced. Very pleased with the new tiled roof we now have.

Following on from my previous review the issue was explained and apologies given by the company. The job has now been completed to a good standard so I feel its only right to amend my review. The workmen were quick and friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Everything was completed in 1 day and the finished job looks good.

Recently had some one from the company for a quote for replacement facias, soffits and guttering, no problem with the guy who came out, nice guy, doing his job, but considering everyone has been in a three month lock down, prices where sky high. I am all for local companies and companies having a realistic profit margin, but lets be fair a couple of minutes on a calculator and £7000 later, when materials costing just over £2000 not including scaffolding, now come on now lets be sensible in your costings please.

I had a back door and a window replaced by JWS Home Improvements recently and am incredibly pleased with their products, service and price. From the off they were exceptional, the initial gentleman who came to give us the quote was very personable and understood exactly what we needed, the men who installed the window and door were also very lovely and maintained social distancing while doing a stand up, timely job. I will definitely be using them for our upstairs windows in the near future.

We had no trouble at all with JWS, from initial sales through survey,construction and minor completion requirements. Any queries were dealt with quickly and politely over the phone in a professional manner by the office staff. Ten out of ten all round.

We are really pleased with our new conservatory - builders/plumber/electrician and plasterer that completed the job were hard working, courteous and all did a great job. We would certainly recommend.

We have just had our conservatory roof replaced by this company. Mark and his team were great we weren't happy with certain things he spoke with Steve his boss and invariably the issues were rectified straightaway. We would definitely recommend JWS Improvements.Regards Mr and Mrs Birchall.

I chose JWS to do quite the job on my house: full 18 by 14ft conservatory roof inc light weight tiles, plastering and the fitting spot lights and centre down light, full house new gutters, facias, soffits, dry verge and spotlights (downlights) in the roof. 10 x new tripple glazzed windows including bay window. New patio doors & front door fitted, new tilled roof put on to the bay window and a porch built, so l pretty much had done everything they do. All in all I'm happy with my choice. Starting with Mick the salesman, he was a good guy, helpful, genuine, detailed & not pushy. The 3 younger lads that did my Conservatory were very good, quick, worked to a high standard and even did a full external clean down of my conservatory which was a job I wasn't looking forward to doing. The Builders that did the Brickwork did a great job, left a bit of a mess for 2 weeks inbetween building the walls of the porch and building the step to porch and putting the block paving back in place, but the quality of work was very good. The Plasterer, Mark, again did a very good job, didn't use enough dust sheets in the cons so a bit of mess to tidy up but a job well done. He had to twice do the Screed to the porch but in fairness I dont think it was ready to be done when he was first sent, he was a good guy and I'd use him again. Terry the Electrician was very good, quick and very proffessional. Daz and Paul did the windows and doors and did all glass work and roofing to the porch and bay window, there was some setbacks such as wrong glass in the front door and a wait for a peice of frame and glass for the porch to be made to order, this did take the job from a quoted 2 weeks to now 6 weeks, there's still a couple of finishing touches but they're pretty much done. This was the first job for them following the festive break which might explain some timings and I have had to do a lot of communicating/ chasing with mainly Daz and Niel at the office in order to feel organised, that said both were very helpful and Customer satisfaction is clearly important to them, they will put anything right and the overall job is very good. I'm yet to mention to JWS that I'm not too happy with the angles of the corner tiles on the Bay window but I'm confidant they'll put this right and I will be delighted with the extent of the works done.

Just had JWS to do my doors and windows. From start to finish the whole process went extremely well. I was kept informed of appointments, fitting times etc. Product is amazing, Dave the fitter worked really hard all day and actually tidied up after himself! I know....a tidy builder??👍and I am thrilled with the results. Would definitely recommend

From first contact to completed job. Everyone has been very professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Had a new window and guttering fitted today. If they remain looking as good as they do now, I will be a happy man!!
