Dec 08,2024I had crediting issues where I couldn't get $10 and then $36. I was letting the $10 slide but when it got to saying I missed the $36, that's when I got upset. I gave them proof and was able to get my money and I'm so happy!! I hope this won't happen again. I will be giving this app another chance ^^

So I reached out to customer support, and they were great! They responded quickly, they asked me to do a few things to verify my progression on the game, and resolved the issue! I recommend KaskKick!

Dec 05,2024I did an offer for Happy Head. It was my first interaction with KashKick (and Happy Head). It was buy a product, get $20. I waited. I didn't get the money on my account, so I contacted them. They answered quickly and were very helpful. I wasn't going to be able to get a reward because Happy Head wasn't following through on their side. But, KaskKick gave me a one time curtesy of $15 anyway. I am very happy with that. Haven't decided if I'm going to try again because reviews say situations like mine happen all the time. But, they do care about fixing your problem. I had excellent customer service. Needless to say, the shampoo I got has lots of good ingredients. But, it's over priced and my hair doesn't even feel soft and clean when I'm done.

Dec 04,2024I've been using kashkick for a little over a month and for the most part- no hiccups. However I recently ran into a situation with the Garden Joy(earns $120) Whereas I'm not being tracked and I've invested my own funds(as encouraged for faster rewards.) I reached out to kashkick and they manually rewarded my $20 milestone. The 1st milestone was tracked correctly. But now I have completed my last 2 which pays $90 and even after the update I'm not getting tracked nor rewarded and have been told basically to try another game and that nothing could be done. This is unfair to me as I did my part and expect my rewards. It glitches after the 1st reward and after I had progressed greatly and invested. I was told per policy they could only reward manually-One time. I wasn't given an option to just wait it out and see what the end result would be because of course I would've opted to receive 90.00 over 20.00... This needs to addressed and I need my hard earned winnings. It's definitely not my fault because my other games are rewarding n tracking... I've also referred several people and would hate for them to experience this.

Dec 04,2024I love the way you get so much money for levels, and not by the amount of time spent on the games. Most of the games are so much fun you loose track of time. One thing I think could be better is , On some games it's an outrageous amount of levels you have to reach for just $0.50 cents. That's to time consuming and makes people not want to play those games. I've had a few games where it didn't catch where I completed certain levels and I had to contact support but the issue was resolved and I received my credits. But over all I absolutely love KashKick. Highly recommend

Dec 08,2024This app is 100% legit… I w as always skeptical of apps like like these, but so far I’ve earned over $800 playing different games.. a few tips from my experience, always read the additional details and remember there is a time frame to complete challenges! The only issue I’ve been having recently is the game tracking my continued progress when complete the challenges.. however customer support is Amazing and they work with you to resolves the matter very quickly.. I will continue playing just because of how well the support team works with you to fix any isssues you may experience! Thank you KashKick!!
