The final result was amazing. Truck interior went from average to upscale for a slight investment. Mobileworks Santa Maria did an amazing job. Could not be happier. Mar 07,2024Not happy with the results of the leather seats. I’m pretty sure they are covers. The dealership mainly failed by not explaining what the company would be installing. I only gave 2 stars because there are stains on the seats, you can see the leather on the seats isn’t tight like it should be. I can run my hand down the seat and it bunches from the excess of leather product. My rear cup holder wasn’t even put back into the arm rest. It was just sitting on top of it. I had to push down the cut leather and push it hard back into the slot. The seat belt part that you put the seat belt into on the seat was stuck down into the seat and took me forever to get out. The seats were very dirty with dusty looking finger prints all over them from possibly the install. I called the dealership and told them I hated it and wanted it fixed. They told me I had to wait 2 weeks because the leather will shrink to the seat from the heat. How are seat covers supposed to shrink to my seats when it’s literally a cover I can buy from Walmart. I would have never paid for this if I would have known it was just covers. No new leather smell at all. I’d prefer to have my cloth seats back.
