I am very impressed with the quality of leather Katzkin provides. Very soft and comfortable. When looking to upgrade my next vehicle or my wife’s, Katzkin will be my only option. John Farrell was amazing to work with, very easy smooth process and he provided me with a few different designs (all looked amazing). The finished product speaks for itself. I highly recommend if you are looking to upgrade your interior to look no further than Katzkin, you will not be disappointed.

Feb 28,2024I am very happy with the product and the service. Samantha, Jennifer, Veronica, LeVans and Chantel were extremely helpful. There was confusion about my final purchase when my seats were installed, but Veronica and Samantha helped to smooth things over and made sure that am to receive the product I was initially promised, at no extra cost to me. I love the seats and am looking forward to my door panels. The interior of my vehicle is now a sanctuary because of Katzkin. My only suggestion is to make sure that future customers are made to clearly understand what they are purchasing in the begining, to save your company additional costs. Other than that, Katzkin leather will be my go-to business for any and all of my future vehicles. Thank you again for addressing my concerns and resolving this matter with above and beyond service. My rep, Mary Culbert, guided my journey through pertinent inquires on what I was hoping and spending time to ensure I knew what was available to meet that goal. Her guidance allowed me to select their product that matched, actually exceeded, my vision. She also helped me find the best installer from their many professional associations to match my location.

The customer communication skills performed by Janette were superb and that is coming from a certify military communication specialist (selling skills). I felt the responsibility to write a review due to the fact that Janette represents the company very well. The final product is very nice and up to expected standards. Beautiful interior, Great customer service, and communication every step of the way is excellent. 5 stars ⭐ definitely! Feb 18,2024I would highly recommend Katzkin over any other company I was trying to match an OEM color from a 2017 Yukon. Kara went above and beyond sending me swatches. we couldn’t find an exact match and she continued to persevere to help me match the color in the end I found out The previous owner had installed different non-OEM colors. so for my future seat covers I will purchase all seat covers from Katzkin which will match the OEM jet black color. Kara’s customer service was a 10 !

Feb 18,2024The salesman , Robert, was patient and wasn’t hounding us while we considered our purchase in fact we ended buying 2 interiors, one with heated seats. Scott’s Upolstery did a fantastic job and on time. The price was very reasonable in my opinion.

Feb 18,2024Reach out to Katzkin about the way back seats release straps go through just a cut in seat without being sewed or some kind of grommet is very poor ,hope it doesn't split cover 😢

They’re outstanding to get you what you need and perfect sink that means what you order is your desire they get it, right, they make sure of it. This lady named that works for the company that took the order is karla was outstanding kind considerate, and making sure that I was well satisfied with the order and everything was perfect to her liking and mine to make sure everything was done right which is my words outstanding, I would recommend this lady in this company over anybody that does leather seats Thank you God bless

Mar 05,2024I am honestly going to say Katzkin as my business for life. My interior is amazing I can't even describe how much I love it. About two years later I have an issue with my heated and cooled seats and they did not skip a beat setting up an appointment for me to get an all new heating and coolinh system put in. I talked to a couple ladies that were more than helpful, but the last ones name was Jeanette and she was amazing. You can trust this company. Just pull the trigger and do it, you won't regret it.
