Jan 11,2024I wanted to have leather seats installed in my son’s new car so after some research I decided Katzkin was the way to go. It took three trips to the installer to get the installation complete. The first attempt failed because the wrong front seat covers were sent, the second time was an improper install leaving a lot of wrinkles and the installers cut the factory heated seat mechanism, which led to a third and final attempt to install and correct all the wrinkles. Let me say with all the issues Katskin stood behind their product 100% and did everything possible to ensure we were happy. Samantha Cabanas was my point of contact at Katzkin. She immediately went into action from the first moment we had an issue. Samantha is a perfect example of a great employee! Each time there was an issue she answered the challenge and assumed all responsibility! I only wish there were more people in this world with her integrity and willingness to ensure Katzkins excellent reputation remained in tact. I definitely recommend this company as they produce an exceptional product and their employees ensure their customers are 100% satisfied!

Jan 10,2024First off customer service is excellent to say the least. Lee walked me thru the process of picking what exactly would work with my Subaru. He also walked me thru the finance process. He could have not made it any easier. The leather seats turned out better than I imagined. I cannot express how happy I am with them. It totally transformed my car it also put a spark back into my driving experience. The leather seats are of the highest material there is nothing cheap looking about them. I would like to thank everyone at KATZKIN for the outstanding work that they do. Keep up the great job !!!!

Jan 10,2024My 22yo Silverado was looking pretty sad, with destroyed leather seats. I called and booked an appointment with Mariana - she made it very easy. On the scheduled day, Juan arrived and got to work immediately. He had a complete workshop in the truck, and was able to solve a number of small problems that arose. Juan is an amazing craftsman. The result? My truck interior looks, and smells like brand new. It's amazing. Thank you, Juan and Mariana!

Jan 07,2024Very easy to set up an appointment with Katzkin. They offer financing which was a huge plus. Install was same day and it turned out great! Looks, feels, and even smells like a brand new car. I worked with Roy who was super helpful and friendly. Great experience. I will be coming back to get my doors done next.

Dec 30,2023These guys were quick to work with me to design new leather seats for my 2014 F150 and they were delivered to the installer early and the installer got me in early. The seats look amazing and the Degreez heaters were nice on the chilly drive home! Makes the inside of my truck look new again!

Dec 30,2023This was my husbands Christmas present and Rose was amazing. I initially reached out earlier in the year but decided to wait for the holiday. Not only did Rose followup closer to the holiday but she made sure everything would be perfect for the installation. The entire experience from my initial interaction to picking up the vehicle was so simple. I would highly recommend Katzkin leather interiors and especially if you have the pleasure of working with Rose.

They by far exceeded my expectations 👍 I recommend them to everyone who wants their old seats to look new or even custom .. Customer service was also EXCELLENT. Also you’ll save a lot of money and time by dealing with Katzkin. I was quoted by 4 different interior shops and their price was almost double of Katzkin. I’m soo happy about my purchase. Nov 30,2023From start to finish, I have been completely satisfied with the customer service of all of Katzkin's personnel, especially Chantel. She helped in every aspect of my transaction with Katzskin. My leather heated seats were installed yesterday by a local installer and again I was completely satisfied with RSC Restyling Specialists, who did the installation. My seats look great and as if they were installed from the factory. I am recommending that if you are looking to do an upgrade to your vehicle's interior, you should call only one company, KATZSKIN, period. You will be amazed by the results. Thanks for a great experience.

Nov 22,2023Katzkin doesn’t actually support their products. As any car owner understands it is the drivers seat cushion that has the majority of wear. Katzkin refuses to sell a replacement cushion. I don’t need an entire interior replaced thank you, just the cushion. The rest of the seats are in fantastic shape.

Nov 19,2023I have bought and sold vehicles professionally for over 10 years. I have used Katskin a few different times over the years and I am always disappointed and regretful. I promise this will end up costing way more in the long run. The quality is garbage. They refuse outright to do makes such as Audi and other luxury brands because it is such a lesser product and quality.

Nov 16,2023I Purchased covers for my 2020 jeep wrangler when I ordered them the person I talk to suggested that I put vinyl because of taking the top off, they were installed in December 2022, and I’ve already had to have them replaced on the driver side Because it was cracking already and I haven’t taken the top off since purchasing it pretty frustrating. I wish I would’ve put the leather ones instead of going with the vinyls, like I say, just pretty frustrating hoping that I don’t have to replace them every 8 to 9 months since the warranty is only good for three years. (Way to expensive to have them crack already.)
