Seats arrived as promised. Chris from Masters in Greenville was very helpful. Received my truck sooner than promised. The detail of the leather and the stitching are top notch. Excellent experience!!!!

Jan 27,2023Very happy so far. The back seat still has a few wrinkles that are noticeable, but the installer advised they would go away once the vehicle sat in the sun for a bit. The overall appearance is excellent. I was also very pleased with the company that installed the product, Custom Trucks Unlimited. It was a pleasure to deal with a company that still understands how to provide good customer service.

Jan 25,2023So, I'm a bit disappointed. I was looking at purchasing a set for my Jeep directly from Katzkin, and was working with a dealer to do so. The dealer I was working with had a set ordered for another client who had exact year and make of my car but ultimately decided not to go forward with their install, so I purchase this set from the dealer. The one issue is that the back seat cover doesn't match the back seat bench that I have. I just got off the phone with Katzkin to do a color match and part order to see about ordering the correct back seat bench cover for my vehicle, and the sales rep I spoke to says they won't do it because they only do them in sets. I'm struggling to understand why this is the case considering I took over someone else's order. So I'm disappointed to say I'll probably have to sell these covers, which look and feel like good quality, and will look at another company instead. For prospective consumers, there seems to be a lot of clock and dagger behind Katzkin, and they may be well reviewed and great products, but it all comes with a lot of hoops and gatekeeping.

Jan 20,2023The installation was not good. I had to contact customer service to resolve the issues. For the cost, If I had to do it again I would search other options. Just overpriced seat covers. It took the installation less than 2 hours. I guess they say a full day to make you think it's a custom job. the seat covers were ok. the quality of the vinyl is not the best. (only the seating area is leather) I will say the customer service is excellent. But in the end, you have a mediocre product, and in my case the same installation.

Jan 19,2023Ordered my covers from Katzskins couldn't be happier. The installers, Ultimate Car & Truck in Albuquerque NM. Installed them. Fit perfect. They went above and beyond to make them fit correctly!! Including the console cover. Look amazing and give our truck a touch of class. As we had vloth plain old seats. We got black with red stitching. Very happy with both the person Jacylin at Katzskin who helped us everyway design the seats and went back and forth with design and embroidery what a gem of a saleperson. Am very picky and she designed 3 or 4 seats and sent pictures of all of them so we could figure out what we wanted!! And the installers who installed them. They got here early and installers moved up appt and did a wonderful job. Very happy!!!

Jaclyn sent me several samples so I could make a decision on my interior and followed up as promised. I would recommend Katzkin to anyone that would like to upgrade the interior of their vehicle. It was affordable and the overall experience was amazing.

But I had no idea it would look that good in my truck. It changed the interior completely. I am really very satisfied with your work. The new upholstery is incredible.

Jan 28,2023It took me almost a year talking with Jennifer and trying to get my order straight. It wasn't my order so much as it was me being afraid to order something like this offline. But I finally made the choice and went with Jennifer's suggestions she sent me the color showed me the seat everything they were going to do and they did that like Factory I love my interior I kicked myself for waiting so long. If you're wanting a beautiful fit and set of seats go with this company. And ask for Jennifer tell her I sent you.
