Jan 31,2025Katzkin Leather Seats for my 2018 Jeep Wrangler were installed by Penton's Auto Trim in Pensacola, FL. They did an outstanding install!! But they had a fantastic product to work with!!! I can't begin to express my total satisfaction with the Katzkin product. They look and feel terrific, and Katzkin's customer service was 10 Stars.

Jan 31,2025I would not recommend this dealer or product. My first appointment I dropped my vehicle off then came back after the 4 hours that was discussed to find they hadn’t even begun working on my vehicle. So I rescheduled and gave them the benefit of the doubt. My second appointment went smoother having completed the work in 4 hours. The seat warmers were absolutely not worth the cost. Two options high or low. Low is too mild. Hot is scalding and too intense. Because the high setting gets so hot after 15-20 mins it cycles off. Instead of consistent heat it’s scaling every 30 mins or so. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else.

Jan 24,2025I recently purchased a used F150 with Katzkin seat covers installed. The driver's seat is showing some wear. I called the company to get warranty info. when they thought I was interested in buying, they called back within five minutes. The sales guy did give me the number for warranty questions but after several calls and a week later, it's still crickets. I'm not sure about a company that won't return warranty inquiry calls.

She explained how the process works from pricing, options, warranty, ordering the "Skins" to the professional installation procedure. I will definitely use them again if needed. After I saw the work they did with his 4Runner, I decided to have them do my Land Cruiser. And I was so pleased with the results! From the very beginning with personal and abundant communication, to design help and guidance, to the finished product, they were there all along the way. Jan 17,2025I could not be happier with my new front seat covers. The materials used to make the seat covers was of the highest quality and fit perfectly. The extra padding they used helped reinforce the bolsters to make them fit better than new. Dan at Katzkin was amazing, answering all of my many questions and was available to communicate at unconventional times. Fantastic experience. Jan 16,2025Best upgrade you can do for your vehicle! I knew it would be nice- but I am in love with my Tacoma again. This is the way it should be from the factory! Such a huge improvement! Great quality leather! The black looks amazing. I was worried it might not match the center console but it looks great!
