May 14,2024This is my first experience with Katzkin and certainly won’t be the last. My whole life I have used a local auto trimmer for my reupholstery needs and I experienced high prices, extremely long wait times and sub par quality work in some cases. Katzkin over delivered and has exceeded my expectations so far - I placed an order with Rose to make my 2010 SS camaro new again, like it was when I first bought it. The order process was so simple and seamless, Rose handled everything in a great professional timely manner (one phone call) she was so friendly, I consider her my new friend and my contact at Katzkin for future orders. The pricing was reasonable! I’ve heard stories from trimmers swaying me from Katzkin in the past claiming how ridiculously over priced they are but honestly this is the cheapest reupholster job I’ve had! I typically pay 3k ish for my cars but Katzkin quoted me 2.3k after taxes !! I was blown away at the price, I expected it to be far higher - I’m glad it’s not, Now since placing my order last night I received confirmation of my order and a date for installation on June 3rd. I can’t wait. Thank you Rose for the expectational service - you over delivered.

May 11,2024I had a wonderful experience with Katzkin ALL THROUGH THE PROCESS from start to finish. Daniel in Sales was extremely helpful with his full knowledge of what I needed most, was very professional, patient, & kind with me (especially being a 70+ YEAR old WITH a disability and an unexpected health issue during this time of need with my order from Katzkin. Alex in the Order Dept. was very courteous, professional, & easy to work with as well. Shontelle in Scheduling was very congenial, professional and forthcoming with all their available open dates that coincided with mine. These three individuals were OUTSTANDING in their service to me. I would like to request that they are recognized in a BIG way. I have worked most of my life for 2 major companies that both had great employee recognition programs. Having worked in upper level positions, I learned to recognize what a valuable employee is & what causes a good employee to not only produce for their company but to continue their employment with their company. When valuable employees are rewarded accordingly, they will work the best they can for their company. Both win in the end!!! I have read Katzkin's Reviews and have been impressed with them. It shows everyone that you are a good company to work for!!! Thank you for the kindness extended to me. I will recommend your company in the future when I have the opportunity. I realize I was not supposed to use names, but before you delete this, please put my letter in their files & share my thanks to them. I am looking very forward to having one of your service people come by to do my installation!!!

May 08,2024My experience was great! Every Katzkin representative was nice, attentive, and experienced. I have a sting gray-2022 Jeep Gladiator Sport S that had stock cloth seats. After a year of having our jeep, my husband and I decided to contact Katzkin for custom leather seats! I’m soooo happy! The order process was fast and easy. Our seats were installed by a locally authorized Katzkin place. By the way- our seats have the octagon tekstich and custom gladiator logo on the front row seats (beautiful craftsmanship). If you’re thinking of working with them… do it!

Apr 28,2024Update 05/01 - Katzkin has refunded the purchase price of the Degreez system. Now if only I had my factory heated seats back. I’ll have to figure that out. Original review - Had my Katzkin seats with Degreez heating and cooling installed here. They assured me that the factory heated seats would remain (the main reason I decided to pull the trigger on Degreez). When I picked my truck up, the heating and cooling only worked in 2 very small sections on both seats ( left cheek on DS and right cheek on PS). A&M assured me that this is the way Ford seats are with Degreez and I would have to call Katzkin. Also the factory heat did not work on my DS afterwards. A&M did fix the factory heat after I had to bring it back to them (new OEM heating pad). Nevertheless, Katzkin said that A&M was incorrect and had me take the truck to another installer and lo and behold, they said A&M didn’t install the disbursement pads for the Degreez system at all AND that there is no way that the factory heat can remain. So now there were two new switches installed in my seats so I had to have the factory heat removed. The new installer “corrected” the missing disbursement pads and removed the factory heated pads. They also replaced the Seat back that A&M scratched (and tried to fix with a Sharpie) and they replaced the rear seat latch that A&M broke and just screwed back on. I wouldn’t go back to Adler & Midel. The people were pleasant but the workmanship leaves something to be desired. As for the Degreez system overall, if you are thinking about it, don’t. It is more of a small area butt warmer and small are butt cooler (albeit a little better with the disbursement pads - but not much), definitely not heated and cooled seats. Check out Sanctum heating and Cooling at leatherseats.com. It looks like their system addresses the poor disbursement issue (which I also forwarded to Katzkin). The leather seats covers appear to be good quality and feel great, just the Degreez system isn’t worth it. Even with a small reimbursement that Katzkin gave, this whole nightmare cost me over the $3,100.00 and now I have a truck with factory heated seat buttons that do absolutely nothing. And what used to be true heated seats are now vaguely warming. And the cooling, one small area in both seats. Don’t expect like factory……not even close.
