The interior of the car was in very good condition, I decided to have leather seat covers installed I wanted real leather and a exact factory fit, I choose Katzkin and they did a excellent job building the seats perfectly fitted, the installation company also did an excellent job I couldn't be happier, now I want to do more ,the dash ,door panels more accent with the color I choose camel beautiful, also the team all the way through sales which he helped me with design and color , I new the color I wanted but they were honest in what they thought if it would work or not it looks perfect

Sep 16,2023I purchased my vehicle through the dealership and even though Katzkin took longer than anticipated the quality of work was good...I am now waiting weeks for the company to contact the dealership to set an appointment for the embroidery "S" they failed to put in my seats. It shouldn't take that long being they failed to do it in the first place. I should take precedent over any new customer. 🤔

I had an issue with the installer in my area and Veronica at Katzkin made sure that the issues were corrected and that I got exactly what I wanted in a short window of time. I can't say enough about Veronica and the customer service team at Katzkin. This company makes a fantastic product and they employ wonderful people that go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied.

Sep 16,2023I just got my seat covers and they look great. Was pleasantly surprised that part of the purchase was the door panels to match my seat stitching and also same for my middle console. They were not mentioned at the time of purchase but nice. I have a white Jeep Renegade and desperate to get rid of the cheap cloth seats. Love the look! Install did take longer than told. Told 2 hours but ended up being 5 which was I’m sure due to having to take door panel off to change out. Worth the wait.

Sep 15,2023Wow ! Exceeded my expectations. I recently upgraded my 7yr old cloth car interior to a Katzkin. Such an awesome overall experience from the order process to selecting an installer to the final product . Great valve and will add to the cars resale as well. So comfortable as well. Truly 100% satisfied . Great product and I would highly recommend this product to anyone .

Sep 15,2023The leather driver seat on my Hyundai Sonata was showing significant wear. I contacted a local upholstery shop and was told to check out Katzskin. Bottom line is that the entire process, from ordering the exact shade of leather to picking up the car after installation, was seamless. I will recommend Katzskin. Thanks for doing such a professional job!

Sep 10,2023Do not purchase from this company. Great materials but lacks in integrity. Purchased my interior and was told door cards would come with it. It looks great but does not match well with the door cards. Was told I’d be getting a call back and after 6 months still no return phone call. Also factory seat warmers stopped working. I’ve called the company multiple times and still no actions taken. Now I have mismatched interior and paid for a service I didn’t fully receive.
