Aug 13,2023Not the best experience at all , the shop that Katzkin picked to install the covers was an hour away from my home, so it was super frustrating to find out that the seats were not made correctly as the design did not match what I had ordered, and I would have to wait for new ones to be made and make another trip with two cars so my wife could give me a ride home. Second issue the shop they picked cut off my existing seat upholstery and threw it out instead of spending a few extra minutes to carefully remove it as I wanted them saved. Third issue was the rear seat came out terribly as the rear driver side seat has a big dip in the top and no longer lines up with the rear shelf or the other seat like it did from factory and it really looks bad. Also behind the front passenger seat the material was all bunched up near the seat release and I had to take time to fix it on my own. I was also notified that the shop that they picked for the install did not do doors and that in order to get them done I would have to drive to a separate shop out of state. Overall this was a big hassle for subpar results.

Aug 12,2023The folks on the phone, especially Trisha, were super helpful and friendly. She was very thorough and made double sure the order was correct. The seats look fabulous now that the covers have been installed. The installer (Gold Coast Auto Upholstery, Ventura) was great to deal with as well.

Aug 11,2023My install was completed at Custom Soft Trim in Tampa, Fl. From the moment I arrived I was impressed. The receptionist meet me and had an employee meet with me in the lobby. The employee opened the box containing the kit for my vehicle and we inspected the pieces. The kit was flawless. I departed at the shop at approximately 830AM. When I returned at 430PM the truck was done. I inspected the interior and was very happy with the finished product. Professionally done! No complaints at all. Thank you!!!!

Aug 08,2023I got the at-home service because I live within the Los Angeles area. Niki, my sales rep was so patient with me while we selected the perfect color. Eduardo, my installer was very professional, meticulous installing leather seats for 2023 Tesla Model 3. I had many questions, he answered them all - he made my anxieties about reupholstering a new car go away. The results were better than I expected - I simply hated the only 2 choices Tesla provided, white or black vegan leather - my car was too white for my taste. The Katzkin leather and stitching quality looks and feels like it is very durable, the color selected, I believe enriches the look of the car! And there's nothing like that new leather smell - hope that lasts a long time.

Aug 06,2023Everything was really good except the center console where the staples were installed. Even the installer mentioned they wished they could have done a better job. Mentioned when I write my review to most definitely mention the the center console was piece wasn’t big enough so they improvised.

Aug 05,2023I chatted with Adriana and Frank L Francis about a set of Katzkins. They promised to followed up but never did. Adriana was rude over the chat. Adriana over the chat was very rude and blunt she failed to greet the customer properly (me, a U.S. Navy Veteran) like I did. How about a good morning, etc.,. Adriana promised to sent info about a set of Katzkins over text messages but she failed to do so.

I have experienced Katzkins on my friend's vehicles but never firsthand had my own until now. Anyone looking to pull a trigger on these, I say go for it! They do pay itself off and really worth it!

Aug 02,2023I was well amazed at the quality of workmanship done on the seats. Yes you can go out and find some off the shelf seat covers for a lot less, but to get a custom design in the colors and patterns of my choice for under $2k is well worth it especially if you consider how much the dealers charge for the leather upgrade and it is not nearly as nice.

Very pleased with our purchase and is totally worth putting onto seats to help protect them from grease, power, spills, etc. Love that it matches so well with the interior of the truck; everyone comments on how awesome the interior looks now!
