Sep 07,2023Very happy with the outcome of my seats. I had been using seat covers for awhile but the never fit well. The Katzkin seats look factory and were professionally installed. I've been telling everyone to get these! I work at a tire shop and my old seats would get dirty quick. With these, I just have to wipe them clean with warm water.

Even after changing my mind about design, and then about what car I was getting, Pam was beyond helpful and provided amazing customer service! She communicated with me via text and phone and was extremely helpful in getting me exactly what I wanted/needed! Very communicative no matter what time or day as well and went above and beyond even when I changed my request multiple times. She is the best!!! Can’t wait for my new leather!

Sep 02,2023I absolutely cannot say enough great things about my experience with Katzkin. They were great to work with from the start. But they went above and beyond to solve my problem. The leather was installed and looked great, but the blue wasn’t the shade I wanted. I figured it was too late to do anything about it but Katzkin replaced my seats with the shade of blue I really intended. All at no additional cost to me!! All I had to do was drop it off and pick up my truck again!! Within three weeks, they shipped samples of the shades of blue, remade my seat covers, and they were delivered and installed!!! Absolutely outstanding customer service and i will recommend Katzkin to everyone.

Sep 01,2023Katzkin sells a quality product. And they stand by it with a great warranty. But the best thing about my experience was their people. From sales team to customer service. There was a minor problem with my install and Janette contacted me and solved the problem. Very friendly and professional. Their products sell themselves but Janette is the reason I would buy from them again!

Aug 31,2023The seats were ordered and received very quickly. The quality of the leather appears to be very nice, and the stitching looks like they were factory seats. Very happy with the quality and feel. I do have some "wrinkles" on the edges of the seats that may be due to the third-party installation. Overall, a great improvement from the factory cloth seats.

Aug 31,2023I was able to swap the perforated leather for solid in the two tone of my choice. Kit includes leather door panels which REALLY helped tie the color into the vehicle. The leather seems like decent quality, colored stitching is a nice touch and assembly of the pieces seems fine. No complaints. The leather arrived ahead of schedule by almost 2 weeks. I was able to make an early appointment at the installer and turnaround was 24 hours. I had a hiccup with the installer on a door lock and discovered it within one hour of pickup. I contacted them directly and immediately returned with the vehicle. It was fixed within 5 minutes of arriving to the shop. Small scuff on the back of a front seat was easily removed with a wet rag and warm water per the katzkin instructions. There was a chemical odor (adhesive) from the door panel leather pieces used by the installer. It's been 9 days and appears to be going away. This is my wife's vehicle and she stated there is no more odor after the 9 days, 1 month Update: Vehicle smells completely like leather. It's so nice! Financing was an awesome option and I would 100% have this done again, and would recommend to others as an upgrade from cloth. Way better than going with seat covers. When I get my new truck, I'l be going through this same process if I don;t find one that comes with leather. I almost hope I don't as I really like the 2 tone Katzkin option over stock leather.

I got the leather cardinal red seats and it’s a major difference!!!! He even did a follow up to make sure I was happy with the final result!!
