One recommendation would to provide customers with a video of the installation ( I had to find one on YouTube to understand the installation process) before the installation. I’m very satisfied with the quality and the warranty. David Hoang, Michelle Leslie and Jesus Cruz provided awesome customer support.

Jul 28,2023Be Very Careful When Ordering DIRECT from Katzkin on Line...I found after some investigation that their Labor Rates to Install are outrageously HIGH....Check with your local Auto dealerships to see who they Recommend...or get some local Quotes FIRST! Don't Be Fooled by their Sales Team....

Alfredo really was very helpful from start to finish he went the extra mile in explaining thoroughly the process. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. He reached out to me after the install to check if everything went well. The installation was a few days before scheduled very good on lead time, the shop did an outstanding job with my seats. Katzkin leather quality 110%, recommended to all my friends.
