Jul 23,2023The process of ordering from Katzkin over the phone worked well. They have getting the details to get your order very well exicuted. Sending them pictures and answering their questions to make sure you are getting what you're wanting. The installation by one of their installers is an all-day affair so plan accordingly. One thing to be aware of is the "same as cash" financing with a third-party company called dignify can cost you if you don't close the account after paying off the invoice according to the finance company's terms. They'll ding you for a "annual account fee" which cost me nearly eighty dollars. When I buy from Katzkin again I'll forego the "same as cash" option and pay upfront using my credit or debit card.

She was extremely patient and very helpful and she even let me know many different options that could go with my bright blue Kia Soul! Jul 21,2023First off I wanted to highlight the consultant Tracey who took her time to discuss the overall project and get details around how my truck currently looked and what kind of feel I wanted to get with the seats. She provided me some additional options and variations of designs that I didn’t initially think about. She provided great communication and did a fantastic job on walking me through the process of purchasing and telling me the next steps in the process with the team. I highly recommend using Katzkin for you upholstery needs!

Jul 21,2023Frank was my sales person. I drug that poor man along for months with my “NOT SURE” what u want and My waiting for my a check to come in. He was so patient and sweet he sent me ideas and colors. He was with me until I decided and then when I got to installation part RSC restyling was an amazing experience as well. They installed my seats in 4 hours and my Jeep looks like a whole new Jeep inside the quality of the leather and is so beautiful I am now obsessed with my Jeep. Thank U Frank and Katzkin you are the BEST!!

Jul 20,2023Roy from Katzkin assisted me and was very patient and detailed of what I ask for. I got the regular black leather seats for my 2019 VW Jetta with heating option on driver’s seat. The material is amazing, it’s majority real leather (everything that touches skin is real leather). I had some issues with the place that completed the application but it was issues independent from Katzkin but they fixed it all, even reimbursed me for gas for traveling back to the place. Overall great experience. Also loved the option of 12-month payments no interest rate!!

Jul 18,2023From start to finish customer service was excellent. Alfredo really went the extra mile in explaining thoroughly the process from start to finish. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very professional. To me that goes a long way. He even reached out to me after the install to check if I was satisfied. Now for the install. The installers showed up as scheduled, were very professional, very courteous, and very knowledgeable about the products they were installing. They started the install at around 7:15 am and were done by 10:45 am. 7 seats in an SUV. Overall I’m 110% satisfied with everything about Katzkin.

Jul 14,2023When I wanted to have my Katzkin custom seats installed with Degreez, I was told I had to go to Phoenix because there was not a local shop here in Las Vegas. After a few weeks, I noticed a tear in the leather of the rear seat and some issues with the inserts. I contacted Katzkin and they sent out new covers, but this time to a local shop. Upon speaking with the owner of the local shop, he has been doing Degreez installs for years. We also found out that the original shop moved my airbag sensors and it was causing my passenger seat airbag light to come on. I reached out to Katkin again upset that I had driven 6 hours each way to PHX and spent 2 nights in a hotel when I could have driven 15 minutes to have the original installation done. Katzkin reimbursed me for my hotel and expenses and made sure the reinstallation was done right at my local shop. They fixed the Degreez and put my airbag sensors back in their original locations. I have had no problems since they were fixed.

Jul 13,2023I didn’t go to katzkin direct. I went through an installer. They said that you shipped the wrong material and I would have to wait another week for you to resend the correct material. I feel like you should have shipped it overnight.
