He demonstrated pride in his work and took his time to make sure the installation was done correctly and looked professional. His work ethic and commitment to the job is unmatched and if this company offers recognition for quality and customer service of their installers, this man definitely deserves it. And please feel free to share this feedback with him as he deserves to know the appreciation, I have for the service he provided. On a scale of 1-10 he performed a 15!! Also I have to give a shout-out to Jennifer for demonstrating excellent customer service and making the purchasing experience a breeze. These two employees are what make companies like this one really standout.

Alfredo even called after my installation to ensure I was happy with the product and that everything was up to my standards. Overall an amazing experience

Jun 12,2023We were very happy with the way the seats turned out in our new vehicle, they did a beautiful job, the seats look like the came from the factory this way, the leather is a nicer softer leather than we expected, it's summer time here so we haven't tried out the heated portion of the seats yet but the install of the controls for the heated seats looks very professional, they actually look like they are factory installed, two thumbs up to Katzkin products and the installers! We would highly recommend Katzkin and the installers.

Coach Restylers in Kansas City KS had them installed with heaters in 2 hrs, awesome job. So nice I didn't want to set on them. The Mopar Performance logo that I had put on the leather seats turned out very nice. I have received a lot of compliments. I am completely satisfied and would recommend Katzkin.

Jun 06,2023The two gentelman that arrived were professional and asked me to tae a look at the material prior to installation. The material looked great and they started the instal. The two men completed the work prior to the estimated time. It was a positive experiance and very professional. Once instal was completed one of the men reviewed the work with me and also explained how to maintain the leather. Warrenty was also reviewed. I will recommend in future.

The most perfect Dark Graphite Leather at a price that was so reasonable I was kicking myself I didn't upgrade my cloth interior sooner. CTU of Montgomery AL. Did the installation, There's nothing more comforting then dealing with professionals who take pride in there work. Just knowing if there any issues going forward in the future, I've got a great team that will make everything Right!

Jun 03,2023The leather is bubbling. It does not fit correctly. The leather is loose. Not sure if it was the installation or the product but never recommend again. Should have w ordered Jeep and waited 4 months for to come in instead of having this leather put on my car

They sent me the installation information right away and made the entire experience very enjoyable. Also the installation at Arizona Sun Tops was excellent.

Jun 14,2023The quality and fit is the prime reason but also the service provided by Tops & Trends for installation was great. There is a minor issue of passenger side middle row seat base rocking but Nathan assured for now to fix it. If this problem doesn't resolve then we will notify you in future. UPDATE: Nathan fixed the issue on the fly and everything is working great. Kudos to Tops and Trends specially to Nathan.
