Apr 15,2023From the initial phone call to Katzkin, to ordering the leather, to the installation of the product, I will have to say the customer service is superb. Robert took my call and handled the order. Then he arranged the installation at a certified installer near me. I am a skeptical person in general, so it is hard to impress me. Katzkin exceeded my expectations. The installer, Roy's Upholstery, in Berryville, VA, were personable, professional, polite, and precise. I highly recommend Katzkin Leather for the product and Roy's Upholstery for installation.

Apr 14,2023The Katzkin team worked with me to design the perfect seats for my ‘22 Bronco. I had a vision for how I wanted my new seats to look, after a few calls and mockups we finalized a design. The seats look better in person than the did in the drawing. Couldn’t be happier with that outcome.

Apr 12,2023Called in with warranty repair for leather for F150. Customer service representative was very helpful. She listened to my concern and ask for me to send photos with issues with leather. I heard back from the customer service representative and they were going to fix the issue with my leather. Three days later I heard from local installer. Scheduled work and repair done quickly over lunch hour. Katzkin is great product and they stand behind there product and warranty. Great customer service!!!

Apr 12,2023Katzkin leather came up on my IG feed and looked promising. I called and was helped by Galo who was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. We worked out pricing and made sure leather specs would match my OEM vehicle interior. Installation was prompt and made easy do to mobile services. I like the look and feel of the leather Installed. My truck looks new again.

The skinz were absolutely top notch and would highly recommend to anyone looking to add something nice to your car’s interior. Will definitely be back for my next vehicle.

Apr 08,2023Amazing customer service from the first phone call. Alfredo was my salesman. He said he would be with me to help out through the entire process. He quickly and diligently answered my questions. Katskinz asked for several photos to make sure there were no mistakes. There wasn’t any. The local installer had the easy part. Install the beautiful leather seats. The installer was just as efficient as Alfredo. Proudly wearing a Katskinz hoodie. 6 hours later I picked up my truck. Words and photos don’t do it justice. I have leather seats in my truck originally. 7 years and 156,000 miles later it was time. I would say there are twice as nice as the original ones. 10 out of 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Apr 08,2023Katzkin leather far exceeds factory leather, Alfredo was a pleasure to deal with, he made suggestions sent samples to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. This is the second vehicle I've gotten katzkin leather, the first a mustang which I had for 10 years and the leather was still in excellent shape. In summary Alfredo made the process of buying and design easy and you can't get better quality than Katzkin leather.

Apr 07,2023Katzkin is legitimately great I never trust anything I see on social media specially when I have to provide my personal information but when Roy Regrete calls me after my inquiry he explained the whole process to me I couldn’t resist then set me up to a local upholstery place in my erea in one day I have my truck look brand new with a set of leather seats it looks fantastic I love it I will recommend Katzkin to all of my family and friends

Apr 07,2023It was great and I love my leather seat and it was really easy to make an appointment and they’re really fast as well. But the thing is my seatbelt lock is underneath the seat and my son has to found it first before he put his seatbelt on. One of it still underneath the seat and we can’t pull it.

Apr 06,2023The fit, finish, feel and look are wonderful! The only complaint I have is that Katskinz gave me a date for my install and I took the day off work, when I called the day before to arrange drop off the evening before the installer said they had no record of it. I had to take another day off work (the following Tuesday). I lost just over $600 in pay for the 2 days. I do love the seats though!

Apr 06,2023I like the idea that it was done quick and look like professionally. I just wish that the heater switch was the one that lights up to let me know which temperature it is. And the location of the switch which is kind of odd.

Apr 06,2023John (The Jeep Guy) helped me on the price, color, choice and selection of the best installer. The seats are beautiful. I also got the seat warmer on the driver side, something I wish I had gotten before. I love where they put the switch, on the center console, much more convenient than the usual dashboard switch Everything works great. The install went smoothly and I am a very happy customer.

Apr 15,2023Inquired online with Katzkin on Saturday 3/25 & within minutes received a phone call from Mary to assist with my custom leather interior with numerous options & ideas. Was assisted with ordering along with zero percent option of financing at that time. Order was completed & my new leather interior was completed on 4/13. Was very pleased with the entire process & the completed product & installment!
