May 07,2023As a whole I pleased. I have a few wrinkles in the bolsters . I have seen some installed without wrinkles. Only complaint I have. Auto Accents were very nice and work was done in timely manner.

May 04,2023I ordered front and rear leather seats for my 2020 Tacoma, on a Thursday, 11 days later they were installed by a local auto upholstery shop engaged by Katzkin, beautiful job that went off with out a hitch.

May 04,2023I had looked into this product prior to the pandemic and like everybody else, I waited. The Sales Rep was very patient and understanding of my questions and especially the questions regarding the Leather being Real and not Fake, or PU or Bonded. After that the Color of the Leather and then the correct Year Make, and Actual photos of my seats along with the VIN Number were required. No mistakes with this people. Katskin is going to get it Right. When I picked up my vehicle I was impressed. When I got home and looked closely I was Blown away. This was how it would have come from the factory, only Better.

Apr 29,2023I'm impressed with the quality of the Katzkin cover for my 2022 Nissan Frontier. I'm an automotive technician and I'm impressed with how close to the original seat covers in design the Katzkins are. All openings, flaps, and air bag pockets looked exactly like the original covers. The Katzkin seat colour matched the other interior parts exactly. They katzkins look like they came from the factory. The only worry I have after visiting your website is how durable the covers will be. I was surprised at how may different types of cleaners that could cause damage to the covers. I expected to see cleaners like hand sanitizers on the list but to see dish washing soap listed was surprising. The information on the website says just used a water soaked cloth and if soap is needed use Ivory soap. I have a Camry with factory leather and use Mothers leather cleaner for the last 8 years and never had an issue. Will the Katzkins be damaged using leather cleaner?

You and your staff out there are fantastic - easy to deal with, complete pros and even made it fun. You accommodated all my requests and caught my error that would have been tragic. Your team at Car Spa in Arlington VA was superb in contacting me, accommodating my change in a date, completed work in the timeframe promised and, of course, great installation. Everyone - on your end and one the installer end is friendly, energized and focused. My daughter and wife were blown away with it and I am certainly happy with the results. I'm a fan. Keep up the great work as I'm sure I'll get some more business to you!
