May 16,2023Katzkin is by far the greatest thing that could ever happen to your interior!!! ... it started with the best customer service ever from Roy@ Katzkin , he did everything possible to make me feel confident and ready to get my seats done, not only was he there to assist me, but he stayed in close contact with to make sure everything went as promised, then it anchored off with Ryan Distelrath , man this guy is amazing 👏🏾 🙌🏽, he came out to me, and in less than 4hours( more like 3) and the magic happened!!!💥💥💪🏾,He knows his stuff and he made my car look brand new!!!!!! EVERYONE THAT ASSISTED ME NEEDS A RAISE, A NEW( HIGHER POSTON) AND A VACATION!!! They did the damn thing! Thanks guys!!! I will recommend you to EVERYONE!

Long story short I had a dealership mess up and put the wrong leather in my new truck, I have been floored by how amazing Katzkin has been in helping me with an issue that was not even their problem !! I would highly recommend Katzkin to anyone wanting a quality product, they take amazing pride in their name and are amazing to their customers, I cannot speak highly enough about them, I am so impressed and thankful for their help and prompt service!!! Even after the sale she answered questions about about the installer that I have included the timing of the install. If not for Carla and her helpfulness and professionalism I am sure that my experience would not have been what it was. She went above and beyond on her assistance to me.
