Apr 27,2023From the customer service when I ordered them to the installer (Angel) everyone was incredibly nice and friendly. There were a few hiccups but the regional manager (Gary) stepped in and made everything right and maintained contact with me and let me know what was going on. To explain this there was a computer glitch causing the wrong color seats to be delivered, then the second set of sets actually were stolen from their delivery area. The final set was sent to my house and they were perfect. They fit like a glove and I love them. I would definitely order from them again.

Apr 24,2023From start to finish. When Carla answered the phone so nice and helpful. I called 3 times. The last call I wanted help for two tones. Carla was great. Now the seats are covered they are beautiful and super nice. I can not imagine the best factory seats could be nicer.

I was glad to be able to get the covers I wanted even though my car isn't listed on the site (BRZ twin of the Gr86). The installation shop was a little out of the way, but everything was as promised from drop off to pick up

Apr 21,2023Have a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee with leather seats. Wanted to look factory. They were great to deal with, they sent me samples so that I could match the interior. The installer that I was sent to was first class. Great experience all the way. Spent the money on the old jeep because other than the seats it looks like new. I want to keep it that way.

Apr 18,2023I researched online and Katzkin looked like the best option, so I called for more info. I got connected to Alfredo and he was great! I had a lot of questions and he was very knowledgeable. He even mailed me a sample of the leather I was considering. We talked/texted several times over the months as I was waiting for a new car delivery. Once I was finally ready, Alfredo and team coordinated everything quickly and painlessly. I would definitely recommend Katzkin (and Alfredo) with no reservations.

Apr 28,2023I'm reading all these great reviews but I'm not seeing the same customer service and can't help but wonder why. I placed my order on March 29 got approved but the details were not to my liking. Order stopped and we have been trying to get reserviced since then.its been a month. We get one question answered a day and then I have to continually wait. It's been a month and my payment is due still my car has not been started, my payment is due and Katzkin keeps promising to call me back. My service is not matching the rest of these comments. Why?
