Catherine answered my first call and responded sympathetically and professionally when I discussed my renewal premium. Catherine pointed out the benefits of my policy and knowing I was going for quotes elsewhere gave guidance on what to consider when taking out a new policy. An hour later I was back chatting to Catherine and thanking her for the excellent advice she had given in the earlier call. Not only was the policy Catherine offered better, it was cheaper. I have had some difficulty with collecting a third element of a claim for my dogs fractured leg. I called KC insurance today to request resolution and settlement. The lady immediately identified the issue enabling me to advise the referral hydro vet. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. Faith restore.

Initially had a problem with details on the insurance paperwork, emailed KC and the situation was quickly fixed. However due to human error (my own) I was not aware that the situation had been corrected, emailed to confirm with a quick response back. Will remember to check emails more carefully. Helpful response from KC.
The rep I spoke to on the phone was excellent. Went through all the options, explained things well, very thorough. This was after a somewhat dismal experience trying to apply the '4 months half price' offer on the web site, which, in the payment schedule at the one, only gave three months. Edit: I should be clear: the 5 stars for the chap I spoke to on the phone. It would have been 2 stars had the review been for the web site purchasing experience, which I gave up on. The site was slow, and incorrectly applied the offer I'd received by email.
With both Geoff from Customer services and Sophia from sales received honest, and sensible advice….. refreshing in this day and age!

Mar 02,2024I like the little hints and tips sent through to help with puppy training. I had to call customer services to check that I had given the correct details for my dog on the policy. The operator was friendly, helpful and efficient.
