Catherine was absolutely amazing with helping me through a really difficult time I was having not only with my dog but also with my family/home situation. I was going through a very messy split and had to change my dogs paperwork and also get her treated and make a plan of action for a feature treatments. I have never done this before and was very new to insurance claims etc. The lady on the phone really went above and beyond! Not only did she listen and helped but she advised me on things I didn’t even think of doing. Can’t thank her enough! I wish there was more people out there like this 🥰

Our puppy fell ill days after picking her up from the breeder, so we were covered by the initial 5-week policy. Our puppy ended up in pet A&E overnight, which cost us £1000+. The staff of the Kennel Club Insurance could not have been more helpful in talking us through all the options when converting to an annual policy and were also very helpful in explaining how to make a claim when the A&E vet administrator refused to make it, which would be the usual procedure. Very kind, clear and helpful communication. Excellent experience so far.
