Nov 26,2023Got a 4 week free pet insurance when I got my puppy, from the breeder Took her to the vets for check up and injections to be told she had a belly button hernia. So tried to claim on insurance to be told no they don't cover that condition. But the kennel club keep pushing me to take there insurance. No thanks not at your prices. I'll go to pet plan for those prices at least they cover everything

Nov 24,2023I contacted Kennel Club and spoke to gentleman he took all the details for both me Shih Tzu dogs and ensured me that both were now going to be covered. A fes days later I received a message saying I had cancelled the older dog,which I did not do.Outcome only the puppy has been covered with insurance.
