We recently lost our dog Quin and Kennel club were excellent. As well as paying for Quins treatment without any hassle, they showed great empathy with every step of the way. We have now had a new pup, and yes, he is insured with Kennel club
They are helpful and keeping me updated of the progress regularly. I was😔 anxious and worried about the diagnosis of heart issue of my little one just over a year old, their help relieves some stress out.🙏

I cannot fault The Kennel Club Insurance policy and today I had a query about a recent claim and the customer service representative Shane Millar explained it clearly for me to understand. If you are looking to insure your animals (in my case a dog) I would highly recommend The lifetime policy from The Kennel Club. Claiming is very easy and customer service is outstanding. This is not a paid review but a personal experience of excellent customer service that should be recognised.

Easy and straightforward on the phone and very informative, I was unable to extend my puppy’s policy on line due to a glitch in the system however, it was just as easy and quick on the phone, if not better as I was able to enquire about travel abroad and breeding for the future.

When submitting a claim a faster response would be helpful if not receiving emails from vets hen they say they have sent as as a result my dog died

Luna is an old golden now and has been insured with kennel club most of her life. Claims are easy to make, paid promptly and I would fully recommend them.
Up until now Kennel Club have been excellent every time I have made a claim. This time I was charged twice for the same condition in one insurance period. I contacted my veterinary practice and was told they would sort out the problem. Apparently, I am not the first customer to report such a problem. I hope Kennel Club can sort this out and resume their previous excellent service.
It's lovely having the peace of mind that the kennel club is there when you need them. If you do they process the claim very quickly and pay out within days.
Excellent service, wouldn't go anywhere else with a pedigree Italian Greyhound.
