Mar 22,2024Called to change my address on the policy and spoke to a lovely lady who resolved it quickly and efficiently. Then got transferred through to Robert who was just as helpful and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained all areas of the policy that were open to change and discussed the monetary savings available. No question was too much trouble for him and even though he was on the phone it was clearly “service with a smile”. Many thanks to both these individuals for making it a quick and easy task which was needed with a newborn in my arms at the time of the call.

Mar 22,2024I was informed - after 6 years with you - that I could now have a new product 25K yearly vet cover. It seems well priced. But (with luck) I have never had to use it on current dog. However, the one before was ill most of her life and died young of lymphoma and the insurance took care of most of it with out an issue. So I have been very pleased with the support I have had and the people that answer my issues when i call.

Mar 21,2024Originally thought it was great getting free puppy insurance with them but it’s been a nightmare. I get calls every 2 days them trying to sell me insurance even after requesting to not call me and stopped the text messages! I even get post promoting! This is harassment get the hint I won’t be continuing the insurance
