Feb 08,2024We've been insuring our dogs with the kennel club/Agria pet insurance for 10+ years now. They are not the cheapest around, but the service they provide, fast and without grumble is second to none. We unfortunately had need to use them twice with our old boy and they were absolutely fantastic and very empathic. They're also one of the very few insurance that cover recreational gun dogs for incidents on the shoot.

Feb 07,2024We've had our Labrador insured with The Kennel Club since he was a puppy (7+ years now) and never had a claim, but the premiums go up by an extortionate amount every year. This year was the final straw and we've arranged insurance with another well known insurer at a similar level for half the price! Please shop around before committing!!

Although, it would be nice that all the extras that can be added on later were already included in to the package , especially taking in to account the monthly price. Also I couldn't pay with my card as there was an error. Had to input my account details.

Feb 06,2024Had to contact them regarding a missing complimentary hamper which was a gift for taking out insurance with Kennel Club. The lady I spoke to was genuinely lovely, pro-active and helped to resolve the issue quickly. What I valued the most was the ability to be actually be able to speak to someone directly “a human being”, no foreign call centre and no dreaded automated systems - or email only system. These days being able to just speak to someone who helps to resolve your issue is worth its weight in gold in terms of customer service!
