Jan 20,2024Website glitch There appears to be a glitch in your website which keeps cycling attempts to reach the payment page back to the initial page. I nearly gave up and went to another insurer. I would check this out as, if it is a recurring theme, it will be costing you a lot of customers.

Jan 17,2024I’ve had my boy covered with this policy for almost 9 years, it was his breeder insurance and we kept the policy going. This has been without a doubt the best pet insurance policy I’ve ever had. I changed every couple of years with my last dog and so I’ve had experience with quite a few companies. Claims are dealt with promptly, staff are always helpful and very knowledgeable. I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience. It’s not the cheapest policy, but I kept it on to ensure he was covered against any eventuality, knowing my best friend has the best cover is very reassuring.

Jan 11,2024I have always been happy with the way KCPI have dealt with the claims that I've had to submit for my dog's treatment over the years. They have been very efficient and responsive and having recently had discuss an aspect of my policy with an advisor (Jenny Addley), I can say I'm very happy with the way my query was dealt with too. Though the Kennel Club Pet Insurance may not be the cheapest, I can be assured of a very good quality of service, handled efficiently.
