Jul 27,2021I ordered an air cooler and emailed customer services to see when it would be delivered - as I hadn't heard anything about when it would be dispatched. Emailed chasing, still no reply. The item arrived, but I was not impressed with the lack of response from customer service - not once, but twice. It doesn't take much to reply to an email.

Jul 27,20210 Stars is more accurate!!! Brought the 6L air cooler only used it a handful of times and then it stopped working completely! Emailed them to sort this out and was told that nothing could be done as they have a 30 day policy on returns regardless if they are faulty (I emailed on day 34) however under the Consumer Rights Act I have legal rights to have the item repaired or replaced within the first 6 months of purchase as the item is FAULTY! Having told them this they have still refused to do anything! Absolutely shocking customer service and they are breaching the Consumer Rights Act!! Reported to Trading Standards and currently going through a PayPal claim to hopefully get my money back!

Jun 27,2021Avoid!! Placed a order. Received order confirmation. Two weeks later NOTHING! So emailed them. Was told my order was cancelled because I hadn’t put in my delivery address…. Firstly…. Why didn’t they notify me of this? Why wait for me to chase them up to inform me and issue a refund? Secondly…. I checked my order confirmation and BAM my delivery address was clearly stated on there. Absolute waste of time! Don’t bother.

Jun 27,2021Very much mislead as it does not blow out cold air I have tried using very cold water aswell as ice cubes and still not very effective. It’s pretty much an expensive fan. Not very impressed
