I called on Saturday and spoke to Arthur. My product was outside the warranty period but had developed a fault with the wheel area, Arthur was fantastic and sorted me a replacement. Very quick and friendly service
I bought a car seat, through Amazon, for my small dog in May 2024. Last week the inner strap that is meant to secure your dog if you suddenly have to break whilst driving, came away from the car bed. Bearing in mind, my dog was only straining on the strap to see out of the window as we had arrived at our destination and not involved in any kind of me suddenly braking or an accident. I phoned them about this problem and they asked me to send photos and the invoice, which I promptly did within 30 minutes. A lady called Crystal emailed me and asked what time today (24/9/2024), l would be available to discuss this problem with her. I replied that anytime after 10.30am would be convenient for me. I have been with my mobile ALL day and she has not rung. It is now 5pm, so I tried to ring them.l let it ring for a long time, but no one answered or an answer machine did NOT answer my call. Awful customer service. I will not be recommending them or buying any of their products ever again. I hate to think of what would have happened to my dog IF I had to suddenly break whilst driving!!
Ordered a dog seat for the car (3 weeks ago) and It still hasn’t arrived and I haven’t received any response to my emails!!!!!

Do not buy anything from this company i ordered a learning tower from them which arrived damage and they are now not replying to any of my emails and i have not received a replacement or refund, complete scam
My brother ordered 1pkt of gravity padded chairs through Amazon for us as we do not have an account. Chairs arrived via DPD and we are very happy with them. 3 ☆ given due to a missing cup holder. Emailed Keplin direct to be told the do not stock spares??? Rather poor customer care, despite us sending of invoice as proof of purchase.
I ordered a carry on suitcase from Amazon with the order fulfilled by Amazon but the product supplied by these wonderful people. Sadly the package arrived damaged - so much so that the case was also damaged. I contacted Amazon and got sent onto the Keplin Group for refund / replacement. Luckily the returns information provided a phone number for the Keplin Group. I had already ordered one of these cases and was extremely happy with it, so I didn't want a refund just a replacement. I phoned to explain this and the extremely helpful gentleman I spoke with said no problem - I will send a replacement out via DPD to arrive tomorrow. When I explained that I hadn't sent the old damaged one back using the returns label yet I was told don't worry. True to their word the very next day a replacement case arrived. Truely oustanding service - I will definitely be using this firm again.

I initially had a problem with the first fan I purchased so contacted Kelpin who were absolutely brilliant and sent me a replacement. No issues with replacement. Great fans, just what I needed as temperatures start to rise, and I love the timer feature! 5* service / product.
Having purchased a pair of folding camping chairs from Keplin which arrived the next day, I discovered a problem with one of the pins holding one of the legs in place which was unsecured and couldn't be fixed or even removed. However a phone call to their customer service department followed by an email with attached photo of the issue resulted in a second pair of chairs being sent without further question and instructions to keep the first pair. These arrived the next day and so now I have not 2 but 3 usable chairs! Such excellent service in sorting out a problem without fuss would certainly give me confidence in buying from this company again ... oh and the chairs are great.
After having problems with my first order but eventually got a refund I decided to order directly with the company. Ordered Saturday delivered Sunday . Chairs were perfect . Looking to order some more in a couple of months time. My faith has been restored

I was keen to purchase some Keplin beach towels that were sold out on their website but Sam managed to track some down for me. She went out of her way to ensure I obtained them, was so very helpful and kept me informed. I have now received the beach towels and I absolutely love them. I ordered furniture from Keplin last weekend where it stated next day delivery. My order was received, confirmed, payment taken with a tracking number to date, almost one week later, the status says the same and order not shipped yet. I've emailed 4 times, called twice, just rings out, messaged via their Facebook and X social media and chat room on their website - not a reply from anyone! This is not acceptable and I am not happy at all. I ordered furniture, checked Trust Pilot reviews and all seemed positive, this was ordered for a garden party and not here yet! Update since writing this earlier. I have tonight after contacting a senior manager via a site had immediately contact from the company and a sincere apology. Fingers crossed it will arrive in time now. My sofa arrived 9 days after ordering and getting in touch, seemingly my order was missed as someone was off sick and they dont deliver to Scotland normally. Sofa built and in place in the garden. Looks good. Happy customer as all resolved. Apologised and kept their word and the customer service was excellent in the end, definitely would order again.
