Oct 05,2021Bought a box of three ply masks from your Company through Amazon. Quality of the loops is extremely shoddy, and always on the left side. When you remove them, the base of the left loop comes clean away, no matter how much care we take. So we can no longer go out, stop for a coffee/meal and put the mask back on. Costs at least three masks per trip out

Sep 30,2021A very good quality product which arrived quickly. It works well and is excellent value. The only thing I would say is that the fitting to the tap is a screw rather than a push on which is fiddly if you use the tap for other hoses.

Sep 25,2021I ordered two packs of 3ply face masks. These items received were not as what was advertised on their page. It is very cheap quality and will not protect anyone. This is very frustrating and I feel as though I have been conned. UPDATE: 29/09/2021 Keplin have replied saying the care about customer service yet there's no number is email to contact them on.

Sep 15,2021I ordered red hose pipe instead received green hose pipe. Keplin did not even enclose any return postal address. I emailed a week ago asking for information/return address but as yet I have not any response instead they are asking for rating I am very disappointed as I do not know the contact or the address for this item to be returned I would like a refund for the item but unable to contact anyone as no contact details have been provided

I purchased a chiller unit it arrived broken after emailing several times with no answer calling them several times with no answer. I followed their returns procedure the post office would not return the goods as they said the company were not registered at the address. So I was unable to return the goods. With no refund

Aug 02,2021This would be good if you have a small room, I bought for my living room and it doesn't really do anything. Make sure you choose right before you buy as if it's not the one for you then you personally have to pay the postage to send back
