Oct 17,2021delivery options seemed good with live tracker of courier… until the tracker showed the courier passing the top of the street and going in the opposite direction - he did come back after I contacted company but was after the allotted time (when tracker cuts out). The items delivered were not what i ordered and Keplin customer service seemed a bit confused about how to deal with it - still waiting to hear back… edit to original review - to Keplin - it’s all very well responding to my review saying you are there to help but I emailed you earlier and you haven’t replied, so your response here is pointless - if I could review 0 out of 5 I would - 1 star is too generous hilarious - asking me which email address I contacted you on - it was the one you have listed on your website - info @ keplin-group.com - don't you check it now and again ? which is irrelevant anyway if your colleague Joanna said she would get back to me. PLEASE JUST REFUND THE ORDER #000003696 - this is getting boring...
