Jun 25,2021There are a lot of bad reviews about Keplin. My first order is excellent, a 100 foot retractable house which seems good, super quality. I have bought about four previously of other makes and they all failed almost immeadiately and leaked, not possible to shorten or repair. So we shall see. I speak as I find.

If they don't arrive soon I will be contacting Barclaycard for a refund. Not much of a review but sorry it's all I have.

Jun 21,2021I ordered sun loungers with canopies, but they have sent them without. I emailed on the day they arrived, and again 4 days later (today) and all they have sent me is this automated email asking for a review! Jess- please tell me how to contact you as I’ve emailed 4 times and tried calling but no one answers.

Jun 19,2021I have purchased the black 4 piece rattan suite. While I had to wait for replies, very frustrating, I did get my suite within the 4 day time Period. I have marked them dow 1 star purely for lack of confirmation of Order or delivery. The suite is beautiful and went together very easily. I can’t wait to be sat out in the sun. Very well made too

Jun 17,2021These chairs are great. I was a little dubious at the time as they came up s a random ad. So glad I bought them - they are as advertised. Very sturdy and so,so comfy. Just one issue - only received one cupholder for two chairs.

Jun 16,2021Gravity chairs arrived in a very state of packaging hanging out the box it was that badly damaged, luckily the chairs had escaped apart from a few scuffs. all set up easily, but one chair the welds are already broken (not damage as paint covers where the weld should be... emailed Keplin to receive no response. so based on poor quality and no response to request for help - bad
