I purchased an electric blanket via Amazon which has broken. This company (via Amazon) are refusing to assist me further, because I am outside of their "strict 30 day" no refund policy. This is a faulty good, and to not assist, breaches my consumer rights to repair, replace or refund me. I would be happy with any of the above. I am hopeful this will be resolved, but feel terrible for those who don't know their rights and will be left with a faulty good. I have had the pleasure of dealing with customer services who have resolved the issue and issued a refund. I am waiting for this to be received but cannot fault their service in dealing with my complaint. Thank you
Brilliant customer service for providing a video to show how to de-gas my hot water bottle, having misplaced my paperwork that came with the product. Easy to contact over the phone. Love the product - fantastic value for money and much easier/safer than a conventional hot water bottle. Heats up quickly and stays warm for several hours.
I recently purchased an Electric blanket from Keplin, but we had an issue with it being faulty. Thankfully the team over there, especially Sam, were able to assist with my issue and provide me with a full refund. They were extremely helpful with this situation.

I had ordered suitcases from Lugg and DPD delivered them to the wrong address. The customer service from Lugg were quick to rectify the problem and come up with solutions. Not only are the suitcases lovely and sturdy (I recommend!), but the customer service at Lugg were fantastic. Thank you Arthur.
Return policy was frustrated by requiring a photo and the process was fairly lengthy. In this age of instant returns via Amazon and helpful return forms included by most reputable companies, Keplin Group ask you to send a photo of all the goods even though none were damaged and all in their original packaging. After my first review, due to the kindly reply, I have re-reviewed as they are obviously trying to go the extra mile to reply.

Great customer service. I bought some items online but for some reason did not receive a confirmation email. The money was taken out of my account but I had no way of knowing when the items would be delivered. The promised call back was made quickly and we managed to get it resolved along with tracking information.

Recently bought some vacuum bags from you.They were delivered promptly and I found them extremely easy to use and reliable.Some I have had in the past from other companies have been awkward to use and not very durable.

I recently bought a dog car seat from Keplin , whereby the safety strap became unattached. I sent photographs as requested and was told it wasn't their problem as I bought it through Amazon. I was appalled and wrote an awful review on trustpilot. However, a young man from customer service ,Atharva, not only set me one new dog car seat. But two so we didn't have to keep swapping the dog seat over between cars. Thank you very much.
Sam was great help! I bought a suitcase which did not arrive for over 8 days. I contacted customer service and Sam replied the very next day informing me that my parcel had been lost by the courier. Sam arranged for it to be dispatched with next day delivery! Thank you very much
First chairs arrived damaged ( poor packing in my opinion). I emailed the company who responded fairly quickly explaining the damage. They initially offered me a partial refund but I preferred to have them replaced. New chairs were sent and they are great. Slightly quicker delivery would be nice, maybe offer a fast delivery at additional cost. But overall good company to deal with and sorted our the problem which is the main thing.
I have recently bought a Keplin shoe rack and had occasion to contact customer services. They could not have been more helpful and certainly have encouraged me to buy from them again knowing how good their service was.
