I ordered a 4piece rattan table set on the 3rd of Jine. Still not received my order. Can't get through on the phone and they're not responding to my emails.

The item that I received was a play mat for my young child. The mat is brilliant I would highly recommend this for anyone with a baby

I ordered garden furniture on 7th June and as yet I have received no email confirmation, they are not responding to any emails I have sent. They have no way of tracking delivery. I can now longer get through to anyone on the telephone. I have never experienced anything like this before. If I have any advise for anyone thinking of ordering off the Keplin website please don't. Has anyone got any advice of how I can get a response from the company regarding my order or how I get a refund?

Awful delivery tracking and even worse customer service. Numerous unanswered calls and a very late email reply. Will never use this website again. You replied days later and did not answer a single phone call. I had an email saying Hermes would be delivering the parcel with an useable tracking number. The package did arrive but the whole of the box was damaged and the package was a gift so we could not gift it to the recipient in the original box. Also find it hard to believe that you would reply to this review with such conviction that suggests I am in the wrong for my HONEST review. Do not use this website!

ORDERED LAPTOP TRAY THEY NEVER GOT IN TOUCH AFTER 6 DAYS I WROTE COUPLE OF DAYS LATER AN EMAIL SAYING THEY HAVE NONE DAYS AND DAYS GONE BY NO REFUND DISGUSTING WAY TO RUN A COMPANY. THEY ONLY WROTE AFTER I COMPLAINED IT WAS LATE, DELIVERY WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 2/3 DAYS.

I ordered an umbrella from Kipling which never came!! So I emailed asking them to trace it but instead they offered to send another straight away which I did receive 3 days later!! I’m very pleased with my umbrella and their prompt attention to the situation!

Poor service. No replies to emails, they can’t even tell me what I’ve ordered when I’ve called up. Won’t use these again. Don’t ask me to email as I’ve already sent 2 that haven’t been replied to and called up once to ve advised you would confirm the conversation over email but you haven’t.
