Really good service ! I was late with ordering my pram ,but … I ordered Anex e/type in colour boho . Website and the consultant told me 5 to 6 weeks . I ordered mine on 10.02 and it arrive in UK on 03.03. This was amazing . Really professional ,really nice people ! They had explain me everything i asked for and make me feel sure and secure in my choice . Will definitely recommend you them and me personally like a mum will come back . It was very easy to navigate the site and make an order, and I was impressed at the huge selection of items available. My husband and I had been looking for a specific high chair and were having little success (extremely high shipping rates from other online sellers) until we found it on Kidsroom for a reasonable price including shipping. We had very good communication and updates on the status of the shipment and received it within 2 weeks -we were so happy with the order that I later bought a second one for my parents' house. I also found a thermometer (on sale!!) for a much better price than I had been watching on Amazon, so that was also a success for me! I highly recommend Kidsroom and will definitely keep it in mind for my future shopping!

This company is the worst! We ordered a high end infant car seat/stroller combo with accessories and they knowingly shipped it with DHL and their slowest service which takes 4-6 weeks to arrive. They don’t consider that this is a necessity and should be sent with a priority service of course we had to buy another set for our baby while waiting for this shipment to arrive but given its DHL & USPS we knew that there will a problem with it. DHL lost the package and kidsroom.de will not send replacement items pending investigation that will take weeks when they were told that based on our experiences with the service this will happen and then they expect us to wait several more weeks for that replacement. We buy a lot from other European stores and never once did we encounter such incompetence. The accessories we purchased for the stroller didn’t ship for a month until we emailed them, they forgot to ship. This company is incompetent and their customer rep could care less, she'll keep ignoring your request and send you irrelevant information about their ignorant store policies. Look elsewhere! Company's response is as insincere as it is patently false. Postal service is their default and only option offered and it only says DHL at checkout without any timing notification, we never had an option nor picked German Postal Service. The rates are high enough for DHL or other priority international services. I complained that this will take too long after receiving the tracking information and they responded with the same insincerity, just wait it will be there in 3-4 weeks as if we can transport the baby anywhere without a car seat and stroller, both of which were premium expensive products. Of course we're forced to buy another set from a proper vendor that we received from Europe in 3 days for same shipping charge as this horrible company. If you look online for kids-room.de reviews you'll find many, many negative reviews of their service all related to the same topic and their meaningless replies. It's over a 1.5 months and clearly the package is missing, all we asked for is to send us a replacement unit and if found we'll return that one, their reply is to wait another 8 weeks for an investigation and they'll decide. This problem is well known to them yet they continue their shipping policy and make no effort to rectify the situation. There's no customer service service team only one person with canned replies and solve nothing! Avoid this company many better choices out there.

Leider ist der Rückversand kostenpflichtig. Steht zwar in den Bedingungen, allerdings bin ich ein solches Verfahren von Konkurenten wie Babymarkt.de oder Babywalz de schlicht nicht gewohnt, schon garnicht bei einem Artikel von 320 Euro. Somit für mich nicht empfehlenswert und defintiv auch die letzte Bestellung.
We live in Gibraltar and their cost for a YoYo2 buggy including delivery was £80 cheaper than locally, the delivery took a while due to a hiccup at DHL but the responses from kidsroom were always immediately, a great service, great product and would definitely use again
Always a little weary ordering from international websites but I was pleasantly surprised ordering from Kidsroom - they replied to my query almost instantly and received order super fast and the product was amazing really happy and impressed- staple stein blocks will definitely order again.
