I was pleasantly surprised to find the Babyzen Yo-yo much cheaper with kids room than online retailers in the uk. After reading other reviews i decided to order and even if I’d had a customs bill to pay it was still cheaper but thankfully no customs bill it was shipped and arrived very swiftly also!

Ordered a Yoyo babyzen 2(2022 collection) last week and I want to say that this seller deserves 5 stars for the quick delivery and item price. Saved at least 100£ if I would've bought it from a UK Yoyo seller. I didn't have to pay any import taxes as I've seen someone wrote previously.The item final cost was the same as the total price when I made the online payment. Recommended!

The item eventually arrived, on after I had to enquire as to when it was likely to arrive I also had to pay £80 customs duty which I wasn’t expecting. Admittedly there is small print stating customs duties may apply, however it was so small and doesn’t indicate how large the customs charge is The reason I bought from this company was the price, however when deliver and customs duties were taken in to account, the product was far more expensive than other retailers. If you do risk buying from this retailer, I wouldn’t after my experience, be very careful on what you actually pay

The trolley set (britax smile 3) I ordered was not in stock, but estimated 2 week delivery time was pretty accurate.

Really easy to deal with. Ordering was very straightforward and delivery to RO very straightforward. Took about a week from ordering to receipt. I will definitely return to the website in the future

Super god service, butikken er til at komme i kontakt med og meget hjælpsomme medarbejdere. Og virkelig hurtig levering og meget grundigt indpakkede varer, så de har kunne klare transporten uden problemer. Vi købte to autostole der, og det er helt bestemt ikke sidste gang vi handler der.

Update 7/2/22: As aspected, after the parcel being late for 3 weeks, the company has today replied and said that we will have to wait a further 8 weeks for them to investigate the issue. 8 weeks, after which I may or may not get a refund. They keep insisting it’s DHL’s process and there is nothing they can do. Well, it’s the same bs they feed everyone with a delayed/loss parcel. There is something you can do actually: take responsibility as a business and offer a refund to your customer when you can’t fulfill the order. Or change your courrier partner if they are really so bad. Instead of making your customers bear the consequences of the inept ways you run your business. As a side note, we’ve got parcels coming from all over the world, some with DHL, ordered later than with this dodgy company, that have all come through without a problem. So I will leave it up to you to make your own mind about this dubious company. I wished I’d read all the negative reviews before buying anything from them. By the way, the “solution” that they claim that they are providing me? It’s “keep waiting for another 8 weeks, it might turn up, it might not. If it turns up 3 months after you ordered the item and you have no use for it anymore. Tough. We can’t offer a refund.” 3 years on, they are still blaming covid and everyone one instead of taking any responsibility. Update 29/1/22: Just read the company's reply - after reading all the negative reviews, I realise it's a standard lie they tell every customer having a delayed order. The truth is, when we made the order, it didn't indicate before or after the ordering process that the item was out of stock. The "fact" only came to light when I asked them why the parcel was late. The part about customer having to add up delivery time from supplier to them and then to us is again, a pile of steaming bs. It wasn't clear anywhere on the website. I asked the customer service to show me screenshots of the website where these 2 pieces of information are displayed, they could not. This company is dodgy at best, a scam at worst. We will be claiming a refund through our credit card company. Update: the customer service is claiming that for an order put in on 1 Jan, that has a 3 week delivery time, that the product is still not late yet. According to them, it’s only in its second week, and they would like me to wait until 4 Feb (which is 5 weeks from date of purchase) before they would even lift a finger. Update 2: the customer service now claims it’s 3 weeks from the manufacturer to them, plus 3 weeks delivery time. I had to find some “info” button, click it and add up the time myself. I checked, no where did it say that. They claimed that the delivery time in the confirmation email to the customer is from manufacturer to them, which doesn’t make sense. They also claimed it was out of stock when I ordered it, even though it wasn’t indicated on the website. This is the classic case of a company just twisting their words to suit their case. I will wait until 4 Feb, which is 6 weeks from date of purchase, and edit/update the review accordingly. Bottom line is, when you’re pregnant with a baby arriving in a few weeks, you don’t need the extra stress from dealing with an dishonest company. So I would look elsewhere if you want a stress free shopping experience. Original review: We ordered a bassinet which was supposed to be delivered in 3 weeks. It’s now almost 4 weeks, and 2 enquiries later, all the customer service could tell me is the parcel is either somewhere on the high sea/they don’t know where it is and I continue waiting for another 1.5 weeks before they would even begin to do anything. They don’t specify what they would do except that they would investigate the matter in 1.5 weeks, 2 weeks past the SLA. That is less than a week before my baby arrives. The products they sell might be cheap, but I would avoid at all costs if you want a peace of mind about getting your products on time or for them to help in any way when the delivery is late. All they tell you is they don’t know and to keep waiting.

Super fast delivery straightforward ordering without any complications product was perfectly protected even for outdoor snowy winter conditions for package to be left outside of the house for one hour without any damage!highly recommend!

Never again their costumer service is the worst, passive aggressive and poor. My complain is not about the fee, is about the passive aggressiveness of their reply using words like: we are sorry you NEGLECTED to read this or that (I did not neglected anything I was simply not provided with an estimate amount and then I was told there was nothing for me to do but pay) not gift card no apology nothing but ITS YOUR FAULT FOR BEING NEGLIGENT So please do yourselves a favour and avoid buying from them. I work I costumer service and this is appalling.

Whilst the site was one of the cheaper sites. The details on shipping were clear and gave comfort around delivery times which led me to try them out.

We bought a pram to be delivered to the UK. On the website it is written 4/5 lines about the import VAT due to Brexit. The company is not capable to give an amount for that import VAT or an estimate or even a way to calculate that import VAT. So basically we were blind during the purchase process. When the invoice for the import VAT arrived we asked the company to refund us fully or at least partly because they were not capable of give us an indication on how much we are going to pay. They refused. So to the future customers from outside of Europe : AVOID THAT COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!!!!

The site, is really well made, also the set of Avent Baby Bottles and Sterilizer comes with everything you need for your baby and you don’t have to buy anything else separately. The cost is far as the quality. I should buy more products in the future for sure 😊
