May 15,2022I got the product on time. But the cons is that I didnt know that uae customs will charge for my order for a cost of 290 aed. I thought i could get more cheaper. But anyway, still 200 aed cheaper.

May 12,2022I can definitely write that I had the pleasure of doing business with Kidsroom team. I've ordered several products and had some concerns regarding shipping, warranty etc.. Jenina was very kind and helpful. Upon receiving the items, one of the boxes exterior was damaged and I was concerned about the internals of the package, luckily, Jenina assured me that I'm covered within the warranty they provide. The products were in excellent shape despite the exterior of the box. Another package was intact but one of the items was damaged, a replacement was shipped immediately! Looking forward for future business with you. Excellent service! :) Thanks a lot.

May 12,2022Bought 3 items, a car seat, a car seat protector and a seat-back protector. Other two items are good but, the seat-back protector (Britax Römer Seat Organiser (20000000082)) is very disappointing. I tossed it to the bin straightaway as it has so much strong harsh plastic smell. I wouldn't even think about putting it into my car, not even the boot. As a father I don't mind spend more money on simple items for children and I think stocking low quality products like this is really disappointing. Rate 4 for other two items.

May 09,2022We ordered our first Cybex car seat for our 1st daughter 4 years ago and were very happy with the experience. Now we ordered a second one for our 2nd daughter from Kidsroom also. Their prices are among the lowest. Delivery fees are very reasonable and and delivery is with DHL. The car seat arrived in perfect condition in less than 25 days. We are very happy with their service. They have a lot of other kids' stuff that we will be ordering from them.

May 07,2022Could be better at communication I had been in touch with the customer service about a few things. At first, they responded promptly. However, once my order had been placed they were very very slow with responses. I called them up from the UK, they said they would respond to my query, but they did not. I had to call up the next day, costing me again to call, and they assured me again yet they did not follow up. Secondly, they added a digit onto my address even though I wrote it correctly. Which meant it would be delivered to the wrong house. As it was an international delivery the address could not be amended and I was left to go to another town to collect my item from the depot so it would not be delivered to the wrong house. This was inconvenient considering I paid for DELIVERY. Lastly, a few others have mentioned how they ordered the Babyzen Yoyo and didn’t receive a customs charge. So even though I did expect a charge, I gave it the benefit of the doubt that I may not get charged. Well, I got charged. This is for anyone searching the same, because I searched high and low but was unable to find a cost so this is to let you know I was charged £72 total to receive the item, on top of the cost of the Babyzen Yoyo. However as I said, I fully expected the charge and maybe the others just got lucky. It took a while to be despatched but once despatched it came promptly and item was wonderful.

May 03,2022Formally wrote a negative review as I had no correspondence and was concerned it wasn’t a legitimate website however the lack of communication was due to the bank holiday and the order was shipped out immediately and I have no received in perfect condition. Very much legit and great customer service so thank you!!

Apr 29,2022I got disappointed with my purchase it came late.I made an order for Hartan Bit on April 2, and received on April 27, I paid €83 for such long delivery. It was 2 weeks delivery mentioned and stroller weight should be 6,5 kg according to item description while it is 8,2 kg in fact. I feel fooled

Apr 26,2022Top!! I got the liner for Yoyo AirFrance which I was not able to get in Australia. 1. I got it cheaper than anywhere. 2. Faster than Australian Post. I order the pram from Baby Bunting whose warehouse is 20 km from my house hehe!! still waiting for the Pram. 3. before ordering I called to make sure it was the right product and they had great customer service. Please order from the website! highly recommended.
