Коробка была хорошо упакована и товар пришел в полной сохранности. Особенно порадовала русскоязычная служба поддержки. Девушка помогла определиться с выбором и всё понятно объяснила. Несомненно будем заказывать еще.

Worst online shopping ever . The parcel I ordered on August , first came wrong than the second delivery got lost and I’m still waiting . I cancelled and asked for refund and the customer service answer only the parcel lost it may get a refund . Terrible company . Terrible customer service
First-time customer on kidsroom.de We fell in love with the Maxi-Cosi Kore Pro iSize in the color authentic gray . Since neither of the shops we previously visited had this one in their range, we ordered it on kidsroom.de. We even got a discount for it. It took the car seat some time to get to the US but that's okay for us though, since we ordered it way before our kid needed it. A fine product and awesome color!
I'm not sure how many of you has received your parcel and how many still waiting for it or for a refund. In my case I haven't received anything and dwspite the several email and letter sent on which I was invoking my consumer rights to cancel the order and be rufunded, the company has refused my request. I spoke with the EU Authority and as per the consumer regualtions, I have all the rights to request for order cancellation. I believe that if we all joint together we can send a letter to the German Authority to act agaist this company. Let me know.

I have searched for a car seat, then my friend told me that I could habe a look by kidsroom. Very good service and very patient. With useful advise I got the right one. It has dispatched at the second day I have ordered. Very satisfied.
Don’t consider buying from this website. Very bad experience. It took three more weeks than the maximum promised period! The courier company (Germany DHL) they’re using is very very bad. Communication with the website is bad. All answers they give are generic. I just wished I’ve never placed that order.

Nov 07,2020If I could give 0 stars I would! The response we got from Kids Room is that the package was sent properly. How is it possible that so many of the packages from Kids Room are lost? Just from your company? We’ve ordered from numerous places around the world and though there may have been a slight and I will stress on the word ‘slight’ delay, it was never lost, but with Kids Room it has happened. And this review is me being polite and fair. Awful service and company!
