Jun 28,2023The overall experience is good. The shopping is fast, yet it got delayed at customs due to some unclear labeling of the package. I would suggest the label can be more clear to each item purchased so it will be more clear to the customs.

Jun 21,2023very bad experience, I made an order at the end of May, and paid via PayPal, on the 6th of June checked the tracking, and the parcel was held cos the local delivery organization has reported for damage -missing items. I contacted customer support but they give me bad service, after 10 days more, I received the order, in bad condition, the box was completely destroyed and open, but more worrying was the box of the parcel was old and already open, It's ridiculous and e-commerce company uses to send delivery using the unsuitable box, without protection to avoid damage to the parcel I will never buy from this website, stay away!!
