With 46% 1 star reviews, and all the complaints about delivery don't you think you should do something to improve your service? Maybe owe up to your mistakes, stop blaming DHL, get a contract with a company that does what they are supposed to do...it's not that hard. Even if a third party is to blame, ultimately it's still your responsibility. My guess is now now you will thank me for my review, tell me it's not your fault, and don't change anything...

Annonce claire et nette. Envoi rapide. Bien emballé. C’est un bon produit et vendu avec une housse pour une nouvel usage dans le future. d’ailleurs j’ai commandé à deux reprises le même produit pour mes deux petits enfants.

The worst online experience ever, please read all reviews and save your money before you buy from these scammers. How is it possible that DHL is losing so many parcels only with them? I ordered a baby chair when my baby was 3 months, today, she is 6 months yet I did not receive the item nor I received a refund. They will never take responsibility, they will blame it once on DHL and once on COVID. Worst online experience ever.
